They were scheduled to come between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and was to call before coming. They never called and never showed up.

The estimator arrived as arranged and walked the entire job site. He was thorough and tried to sell me some additional services, as I'd expect. He was very professional. The workers called 9 or 10 days lated, 1/2 an hour before arriving. The lead man walked the property to verify what was to be done, and then the two men quickly and efficiently did the job. One man worked on the pool cage while the other worked on creating new window screen frames and screens. Overall it was well done.

Went well. They where courteous and quick. Will use them again.

. The salesman for Mr. Screen Repair was very knowledgeable and made me feel like we would get an excellent job done. He said it would take one day (which surprised me because it’s good sized) because they’d send a crew of 4 or 5. And they would even pressure clean the pool deck, one thing I wouldn’t have to do. Three men showed up and they did complete the job in one day. When they finished I went out and looked at the interior of the cage and it looked good. My husband came home and did an exterior check. Husband found that the screen was cut ragged not flush, a bracket was on crooked, and a bolt was completely missing. This was upsetting because the job cost $2149.00 and you would expect a good job for that much money. When my husband called the owner he said the screen was cut to industry standards. Then later in the conversation he said they cut it that way so they know they did the job if they have to come out for any warranty work. He did send the crew back out at the end of their job the next day to clean it up. Husband was still not completely satisfied but it wasn’t worth arguing over. Since then the handle of one of the doors isn’t working correctly and one of the rain gutters is leaking because it was bent during the job. I was home while the work was being done and I saw how the pressure cleaning job was completed. The guy walked around waving the wand; not a quality job at all so I had to go out the next day and do it right. I took that with a grain of salt because I thought it was a courtesy, but now I see they charged us $150 for this. My mistake for not noticing before.

The workers were quick, amiable, courteous, the lead guy explained everything, including their warranty.

It was great, quick, efficient and great communicating back and forth. I would highly recommend and use again myself.

They knocked it out in about 1 1/2 hours. Screens fit nice and we can enjoy the outside again.

Missed one day, my fault but made another appointment. He was on time, excellent work, cleaned up the area and was gone. I highly would recommend him. Very happy with the results.

The folk\s at Mr Screen Repair are very friendly and easy to work with. They came out and evaluated my screen enclosure and provided me with an estimate including several discounts available to me. They were able to schedule me sooner than I expected and had a crew out first thing in the morning of the scheduled day. They got right to work and was finished within a couple of hours. All the old screening and miscellaneous material was carefully cleaned up and removed. I was very pleased with the work done. Great job for a good price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing screen repairs.

Their minimum charge was $75. I thought their price was good. It looks great. They came by, I wasn't here. and they did it. They left me a bill, and it went great. I never talked to someone except for on the phone. It probably didn't take long to complete. They came, they understood what needed to be done they did it and left.

The estimator didn't think that raising the screen to the level of the roof would work because it required the screen to go over a pipe that brought hot water to the pool from the solar water heater array. He said that the screen could be raised up only a few inches, which might help the leaf situation. He quoted $300. for the moving of the frame, and for repairing one other roof panel which had a torn section of the screen. When the repair team of two workers came out, the head worker, Jay, spent about 5 minutes just looking intensely at it and agreed that the screen should go up to the roof. He installed framing at the proper level, then brought down framing and "boxed in" the pipe where it entered and left the screen. Watching him construct the boxes was fascinating. When he finished the framing (about an hour), then he installed the screen. It looks fantastic, and certainly appears that it will keep the leaves from accumulating. This is how it should have been built in the first place. He admits that the job would be considered an advanced design, and that most companies could not have done it. He stated that he frequently worked on projects that other companies had looked at, and walked away from because it was too complicated. Based on this experience, I would say that Jay is probably one of the best aluminum screen designers in the area.

They were awesome. They came out gave us an estimate and were right on cost of estimate. They did fantastic work. Owner and son company, they do very good work.

I got an estimate and a few days later, the work was performed. Done. No surprises, no upsell, no hassles, no mess to clean up. That is as easy as it gets.

Once again, they came out and did a great job. They had replaced all my screens a couple of years ago. I was having problems with one door and I contacted them. They contacted me, scheduled a approx. time. I was not home but they still came out and fixed the door. I cannot say enough good things about this company.
