Job was done quickly and professionally. Guys were all very polite and cleaned up everything before they left. Would recommend them.

I called at 3:33pm and advised what type of repairs I needed and mentioned two levels. I thought there were 5 panels that needed replacing. She advised me to send photos so a price could be given. I sent the photosat 3:42 and advised there were actually only 4 that needed repairs. The one that I thought was damaged on our lower deck wasn't damaged at all. At 3:44 I received a response that it would be $60 each for a total of $240 and that the repairs could be done by the end of this week or early next week. I responded at 3:47 and said that sounded good. I asked if someone would call me to set up a day and time and advised I had a 10% off coupon from Angie's list. At 3:58 I received a call stating that it looks like from the photos that this is a second level (clearly visible and already stated during my initial call) because of that they would have to ensure they brought the proper ladder and only one of their employees does screen repairs on second levels. This now makes the price $80 per panel. I responded with so since you found out I have a coupon, the price now goes up. No, thank you. I will be sure to enter a review on Angie's list.

Needed more communication between salesman and scheduler - could not do job when originally scheduled because of existing awnings. But owner worked with us to come up with a solution and still get job done as quickly as possible.

I think I had some screens repaired. They did the screens on my panels. They made a mistake and came back and they fixed it. They did the wrong screen I think. They were a good price. They were very good.

Returned my call promptly, Came within a few days. Worked very quickly, and all seems well. Good quality "super screen" that my dog can't claw through.

3 weeks went by. I finally called asking when my job can be completed. They said I was next on the list for Tampa and it would be that week or the next. That week went by and so did the next week. I got a call today 9/25, saying there is a shortage of screening materials due to the hurricane and it would be 2 months before they could fix my screens. Are you kidding me? I've been waiting a month - scheduled weeks before the hurricane - then told I was next on the list - then told it would be 2 months. Unacceptable and unprofessional in my book - I will never call them or recommend them again.

Called and made the appointment which was over a week out to come for an estimate. They left me a message to call them back and apparently, they were already here when noone was home. I tried calling back every 15 minutes and then about every hour all day. After an hour of calling, I called the office and said they will get in touch with the person out in the field. I never got a call back. When I called the office at the end of the day, they told me that they will not have anyone in the area until the next month.

this is our THIRD time hiring MR. SCREEN for repairs to my pool enclosure and front vestibule. THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!! super friendly, professional and leave the job cleaner than they started! had my upper screens replaced, this time, in my pool birdcage surround. hurricane irma ripped out 8 panels, so we knew it was time to replace all the upper screens. (mr. screen replaced all the lower ones 2 years earlier and ALL survived the hurricane WITHOUT incident!!!) devon gave me a quote over the phone from photos i sent him.....when he showed up, he realized that his quote was lower than what he should have charged, BUT INSISTED THAT HE MADE A QUOTE AND STUCK TO IT, EVEN TO HIS LOSS.......WHAT A PROFESSIONAL, WHAT A GREAT GUY! we have used mr. screen in the past , present and will do so in the future.....IF I COULD GIVE THEM A BETTER GRADE THAN AN "A" I WOULD!!!!!!!!!

These guys have done work for me twice. Each time very responsive with communication and services performed were outstanding. Fair price and great job.

We had a miscommunication and we broke the wrong one and they came right back and repaired it.

They showed up within a week and replaced the screen section with new screen and spline. They have a minimum charge of $85.00.

The entire process went fine. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time for appointments and did a good job replacing the screen. Price was a bit high but you get what you pay for so it was worth it.

I had the screen of my pool enclosure replaced by Mr. Screen Repair today, and the service I got from everyone I dealt with was beyond outstanding. Ricky and his crew did a superb job. They were not only punctual (which for me would rate as awesome already since I'm a bit of a stickler about that issue these days), but their service was professional in every way; courteous, friendly, and efficient. The cost of replacing all the screens and the hardware, including three door kits, was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend!! A++
