Description of Work: I bought a big deal and sent preferred times to the provider. That was on Monday. It's now almost Friday and I've called and messaged the provider. Haven't heard a word. Hoping this is a misunderstanding because of the positive reviews.

Description of Work: They were to come and clean home. Don't know. They did not show. They said we did not answer phone when they called. We were home all day. I finally called and asked why they did not come and that is when they said we did not answer the phone. They said they were doing someone else's home. I called Angieslist. I verified phone number and address with Angieslist. They had the correct phone number and address.

I admire businesses that value integrity and quality work. This was my first time using the service and now that I have tried it out, I wouldn't mind relying on this provider's services again if I ever needed her. She was hospitable and professional and efficient.
Description of Work: The provider cleaned everything that I needed cleaning.. From the floors, Windows, sinks, bathroom, table, stove, and living room area. She was very helpful in making my home look good in an efficient manner.
