 + -1 moreWe were very impressed with the speed, attention to detail, quality, work ethic and completeness of the Jazzy team. Our realtor, who had seen the home before Jazzy's cleaned it was also very impressed. After he walked through the house post-cleaning, he said 'this place is immaculate!' I can't recall the price, but I think it was somewhere around $200. Whatever it was, it was money well spent.
Description of Work: We needed a 2400-square-foot home to be cleaned in preparation for selling it. The home had only light-housekeeping for several years prior to the time we hired Jazzy's Cleaning Service. We needed someone who could transform a home that had been neglected for years and make it show-ready. The to-do list included white-glove cleaning of the kitchen, all bathrooms, two family rooms and four bedrooms. Her service included thorough cleaning of all appliances including a freezer that hadn't been cleaned since a problem left melted-food residue from a previous meltdown), wiping down all baseboards and dusting throughout the house including ceiling-fan blades.

I should have made a list of things to do, she asked me if I needed her to do anything else. I said no but the next day I noticed a few things I needed done that were missed. I do blame myself as I really should of made a list.

Description of Work: I paid for a house cleaning, wanted exactly what was paid for and what was offered. They refused to clean the house because we were moving out. We didn't ask for anything more than what they advertised for. This is a case of false advertising because they refused to do what they offered.

 + -1 moreAMAZING! Wanda was incredibly personable and professional! I Felt comfortable leaving her to herself on the first visit. She treated my house as her own and worked quickly and effectively to get more done than I imagined anyone could. I bought the 5 hour deal thinking she could tackle the half of my house where the dogs had slobbered and tracked in dirt. She ended up doing that, scrubbing the kitchen, and cleaning the rest of the house! She had to come up with more to do because she beyond exceeded my expectations!
