Terrible. The house was empty and already clean, I just wanted a light spot clean and the kitchen touched up. They were an hour and a half late, and I had already cleaned the refrigerator. They literally spent 3 hours on the bathrooms, which were clean, and completely ignored mopping and cleaning the two bedroom (empty) floors. Less time chatting to friends on the phone, ladies.

Deal should have mentioned that Oldsmar / East Pinellas county WASN'T in Jazzy's service area. Still haven't called for/ received credit from Angie's List which was response from Jazzy soon after booking this (not for me) 'deal'. One thing i wasn't anticipating having to do (in addition to finding /rehiring another cleaner for June). "Thank you for your purchase with jazzy's cleaning services unfortunately I do t service this area you can get your refund by simply calling Angie's list." Jazzy's Cleaning Services LLC Wanda Rosario 813-409-9075 This is a shortcoming of Angies List /deals for certain!

I expected 5 hours of deep clean and got 2 hours of clean. When I purchased the deal I was told to enter 3 dates that I wanted and someone would contact me to confirm a date. I never heard anything and then someone showed up to clean. Good thing I was home.

The women who did the work were very professional. Very friendly. And did an excellent job.

when we came in, we took off our shoes and we were super tired. Started to arrange our things. When we went to bed we checked our feet, they were super black. We also saw cobwebs on the fixtures. Made me wonder if they ever did clean coz house looked the same when we came to look at it before we bought it. Just a disappointed. I needed help coz i was already stressed out from all the packing. I thought this would at least give me a little bit of a break. I ended up postponing putting things in order since i still had to mop. I ended up doing things on my own.

She came early and did a good job, very friendly.

Had a slow start getting date established, but once the ladies got there they did a great job.

I paid for 6 hours of housecleaning work. They send 2 persons for 3 hours. They worked for about a 1.5 hour together in one bedroom talking in the language that we did not understand and did not made much of progress. When we realized that they would do much for the money we paid, we told them that one go to the kitchen and another to do window in the family room. Otherwise they will pretend that they are cleaning what is clean and would avoid to clean what is needed. Having 2 cleaning people for a half of the time (in our case 3 hours instead of 6) that talk and not make any significant effort to do the work is worse than having only one person for the same time. This was a waste of money and time and the work that we counted that will be done was not, so we have to do it our-self. They forgot a vacuum cleaner and they still did not call for it. I think Angie's list should check these contractors better. No-one call to check how we were satisfied with their work. These specials for certain numbers of hours of work is a very clever trick to take your money and just kill the time talking.

Wanda is a good worker and very pleasant and personable.Did a good job.

She arrived over an hour late and didn't call to say she'd be late. She mopped the floors but it looked the same as before. Used up most of my cleaning stuff.

The service was great! She communicated well over email. Initially, we had some scheduling difficulties finding a good time that worked, but we were able to work through that. She did a great job cleaning--very thorough and detailed. I'd definitely hire her services again.

She didnt let me know right away that they do not service my area.

floors, bathrooms, vacuuming and dusting were our primary goals. Unbelievably good result.

It went well and as expected. The attendant was vocal, responsive, and arrived on-time (which is always appreciated). Additionally, she was super-fast and did not complain that I had window cleaners in the house at the same time. The professional was reliable, dependable, and competent. I have already referred this company to colleagues.

Very happy with the service. She showed up on time, was swift and thorough, after she finished each room she asked me to check and see if she had missed anything and if everything was done to my satisfaction.

They did a pretty good job of cleaning and cleaned the outside of the refrigerator and oven, but did not clean inside as offered in the deal. The girl who was helping the boss seemed to spend most of her time on her cell phone.

Paid for cleaning service and tried to schedule for 2 months and kept getting excuses as to why she couldn't do it. Twice she cancelled on me when I specifically stayed home and waited for her. I finally told her I would find someone else.

It was very good. They went to the wrong address at first and then they finally got the correct address and they came by and performed the job. It wasn't their fault they were late. Two people came out to complete the job. It took them 4 hours to complete the work. They were excellent workers. They took their time to get the job done and when they left everything was sparkling. Everything was awesome.

We could not have been happier about our experience with Jazzys Cleaning. Communicating through email was very easy and they were able to meet our landlords very tight schedule for turn-around. They were able to meet the specific cleaning requests of the new tenants and made what could have been an extremely stressful and complicated process (not having out deposit returned, being in different states/time zones) a breeze. Even the landlord was extremely happy with the results. Many thanks and if you're in the Tampa area, I would recommend without a doubt!

Two ladies arrived at the scheduled time. I work from home and was on a call and could not walk through the house with them when they arrived. They jumped right in and started cleaning. They did an outstanding job. They were fast, thourough, and professional. I was so pleased when I inspected the downstairs, before they could get started upstairs I immediatly called to schedule them to come back on a regular schedule. My initial contact and all susequent contacts with Wanda have been outstanding. She is responsive and worked to accomodate my individual needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone looking for professional service and old school clean. Thank you Jazzy's.

There were some issues around scheduling but once they performed the service I was satisfied with the result.
