I came home from a trip and my freezer wasn't working well. I was afraid my big LG refrig/freezer was done for good. Omar came out and fixed it, and I was so appreciative of his expertise. I will definitely call them again for appliance repair.

He was very prompt, job was quick. He is very knowledgable and reasonable. Would definately hire again

As good as possible under the situation. would you hire again should have a maybe block too. Not just yes or no because I could not make that type of determination.

Omar is a true professional. He called earl this morning. Explained that this issue may or may not recur, but since it was just needing to be released and not replaced at thi time, need only pay call out fee which would go towards cost if mechanism needs replacing Worked fast and efficiently. My experience with Omar Guerra ( GUERRA SERVICES, LLC) was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!! Out of the 4 people I called/left a vm message - He was the ONLY one who called me back and/or right away. He was VERY PROFESSIONAL And INFORMATIVE, He told me everything he was doing during the repair process, come to find out I had a HUGE BLOCK OF ICE in my fridge and he explained to me how that can prevent air flow causing the fridge to not cool properly. He then ran some other diagnostics and such, checked the coils as well (which he cleaned as well) etc. He cleaned the water line pipe as well. My overall service was AMAZING and for a GREAT PRICE TOO!!!! I will DEFINITELY be using him and will DEFINITELY will give my friends and neighbors his information if they are looking for someone to help them!!! Because I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!! Aaaaaaaand YAAAAAY - my fridge is cooling again!!!!!! THANK YOU GUERRA SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!🤗

Great Service!! We will definitely use Omar Guerra for all our appliance repairs! I called and he came out the same day and repaired both our ovens. Instead of charging us tons of money he gave me the link to buy new knobs at a reasonable price. Thanks!!

Very dissatisfied. Called me immediately and then didn’t call again until 3:00 the next day. He said he waiting on a price for a new ice maker. I have decided to go with another contractor

Mr. Guerra found the problem almost immediately and got things working again in under an hour. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and most important, effective.

He had me try a couple of ideas to resolve my washing machine problem. Very nice person. Unfortunately it did not resolve my problem. Had to call Sears for a repair technician

Omar was fabulous. Very knowledgeable on all types of appliances and repairs. Pricing very reasonable. He provided quote that included a replacement part. Once he was on site, he said the door only needed adjusted. Repair cost was much lower than he originally quoted. Very honest. Also advised us on about a simple fix for our washer.

the part came in and a few days mr. Carrera gave me a call and came right over and changed out the gasket. machine no longer leaks and he gave me a couple tips on how to keep the machine cleaner in the future. he did a wonderful job cleaned up after himself and we were ready to go.

everything went fine as planned Mr. Guerra spoke to me on the phone ordered the part, and within 2-3 days it came in he arrived today installed it and we're good to go

He was very efficient! He came on time when he said he would, he purchased the parts before he came here and within an hour he was done. He cleaned up after the work, he gave me a reasonable price, he was very customer friendly and he gave me some good advice for my refrigerator

Came to fix a refrigerator. Pulled cover off back of refrigerator said coils need washing off and was working fine. Refrigerator wasn’t freezing or cooling. Looked at my old back up refrigerator. Pulled cover off fan motor in freezer. Sprayed WD40 and got fan motor working again. Was there 30 mins if that. Charged $120. Texted him back a couple weeks later to get the original refrigerator fixed. Never heard back from him again.

Omar came and discuss the extent of what needed to be repaired but he was very honest in providing me the option of whether to have it repaired or just buy a new one because of the extent of the problems. However, he was very kind to did minor repairs with by back up fridge in the garage and did not charge me extra. I will definitely recommend him and would hire him again in the future. Great guy!, very honest!

Called Omar to look into freezer that had ice throughout from water coming in from around ice maker. He identified that it was from a bad sensor not closing water line that allows water in for making ice cubes. He took care of the ice buildup immediately and replaced sensor. Ice maker is working great again. In addition, he also replaced several broken lights switches we had in our home. Great to work with and flexible with scheduling.

Excellent technician, honest, punctual service. Called late Friday afternoon thinking that our 8 year old refrigerator needed a new gasket. Discussed other important issues with unit and Omar came out on Saturday morning to check. Temperatures kept rising and ice forming, Omar took entire freezer apart, found a new fan needed in refrigerator but more significant component in freezer was jammed and needed replacement. Said that a new refrigerator was needed and discouraged repair work which would've ran to about $1,000. He mentioned there were still some Presidents' Day sales at vendors in our area, and I was able to purchase a brand new model at a reduced price.

Called and schedule appointment for the next day. He was on time and very helpful. The repair would have cost more than the old machine was worth. I appreciated his candor. Highly recommend!
