The microwave was an easy fix, but the washer could not be fixed to the satisfaction that another breakdown would occur with several more uses. Decided to purchase a new washer.

The part was discontinued but Omar the appliance man did something and made it work. He is absolutely awesome!! He was on time and promised he would fix it and he DID! He had to order another part to make it work ... I was so impressed. He and his company are the BEST! I would highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. Oh and, by the way, very personable. I am lucky to have found him.

I called to get an estimate on my freezer they answered right away came out the same day and actually charged me less than what they quoted me over the phone which is unusual. Very friendly, professional, and did a perfect job. I would definitely recommend and hire again.

Excellent!! Omar, Service Manager, showed up on very short notice on Friday, March 27. He replaced the drain pump, showed me the old part with the washer disassembled, then cleaned everything up and put the washer back in place. Excellent service and quality work. We will certainly use his services again as needed!

Outstanding work and customer service. My freezer would not go below 34 degree F. Due to the Coronavirus shopping issue, we really needed the freezer for food storage. Although booked up, Mr. Guerra was able to make it out to our house and fix the issue. He explained that the fan stopped running and showed what he did to fix the issue. He saved our freezer from overheating! Superior service!!
