Ecowater Systems of Plant City

Jim, my sales guy, was great! He explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. They offer quite a few products, have an outstanding warranty and are very responsive. I couldn't stand the water when I moved here...it tasted bad and the minerals made me scratch the heck out of my skin! The new whole house system works great. It was installed on time and I am so happy with it! I don't have to use as much dishwashing or laundry product either. Thank you so much Ecowater Systems! If you think Culligan is the way to go, enjoy paying double the price and getting half the service and lesser quality products.

SERVICE - Have had issues since new owners took over a few years ago. Have had several issues with service. Most recent called concerning rusty water. 9/3/15 called for service - rusty water - did not show up 9/15/15 showed up - indicated that may need a rebed of system - asked how often needed to be done. Said usually every 3-5 years. Pulled paper work - just done in 2014 - No response from service person. 10/20/15 called - response will have Mike (boss) come out and see what is going on because of ongoing issues. 10/22/15 will let Mike know when he gets in. Service man came and said clorinator crystalized - clogging 10/29/15 - still having rust Indicate that I do not use enough water. 11/2/15 - running behind - will let them know - will try to be by today 11/3/15 - still playing catch-up from last week - should be able to make it today Service man called at 6:00 pm and wanted to know if he could come by then. Told him - NO - had locked everything up and was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks. Back from vacation 11/16/15 - contacting other service companies for service

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!!!!!

I moved in and noticed my water was BAD so I talked to my neighbor about it and he recomended Mike from ecowater. I called and that evening he came over and tested our water to find out it was extremely had and was FULL of chlorine. He told us our options and whe benifits of each and we settled on a mid range softener system with a reverse osmosis under the sink. The whole thing was installed 2 days after that. The whole experience was very good and smooth, the best part was no high pressure sales I have had other water treatment guys over and they just beat you over the head and wont leave, with Mike I felt no pressure just informed.
