Description of Work: They are good. Their service is every 6 months for a price and they will come back if any bugs are between their 6 month session. Its been great. Used them for a yr so far and will continue to do so. No major bug issues so far. Their bug spray really works for a long time.

Description of Work: Had my home sprayed for bugs and am extremely happy with results. The gentleman that came was professional and polite. I have not seen any bugs. He even gave me some extra poison just in case I saw the "ghost ants" again. All for half the price of their competitors. I will certainly be using them again!

Description of Work: We heard a "critter" in our attic and Randy from Cross Pest Control came to our house promptly. He noticed droppings in the attic and placed pads in the area. When he returned a week or so later, he removed a dead rat from the pad. He then placed additional pads in case there was further infestation. We were very pleased with the results and with the price, and will definitely call Cross Pest Control if needed in the future.

+ -1 moreI have been using this company for residential pest control service since 1986, shortly after the house was built. There are very few other companies, actually zero other companies or businesses, in any field, that I can say I have used and been totally satisfied with for 28 years! They call to remind me every six months to schedule my treatment, which I appreciate. I have had several service technicians over the years and all were excellent. They show up come on-time, are courteous, friendly, and thorough. My current technician, Alan, has been coming for the last nine years. He is always courteous, pleasant to talk to, makes sure to cover his shoes when he comes in, and is responsive to my questions or concerns. One important benefit to Cross' service is the six-month guarantee. If I have any problems within that period, they will come before my scheduled service and treat for free. I have needed to use this only a handful of times over the years, and not at all in the last few years. For a Florida home, I have had very limited issues with insects, which I clearly attribute to Cross. I would recommend them without hesitation.
Description of Work: This was my six-month pest control service to spray for Roaches and Ants.
