The estimate was scheduled promptly and provided timely. The written estimate was detailed and easy to understand. Customer service was courteous and responsive. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. My only advice would be to ensure to touch base with the customer at the end of each day when multiple days are involved in a project. I reached out to the office and always received a timely call back but wished I could have spoken to the team on site each day instead. A very positive experience and we are very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Bay to Bay Stucco!

Bay to Bay was not the least expensive pro we considered for this job. Actually, they were the highest quote we received. However, we chose them over the other contractors because of the confidence and extensive knowledge that Ryan showed when he came out for a visit. Overall, we're very pleased with the work that was completed. PROS: * The crew showed up on time every day and left on time. Very punctual. * The crew was friendly and respectful. * At the end of every day, my property was cleaned and barely looked as though no one was there working. * Ryan was always available when I had questions. He was easy to communicate with, maintained a high level of professionalism, was proactive in communicating with me when potential issues or risks were identified. * We received a detailed quote prior to the start of the work. Ryan answered all of our questions prior to work beginning. FEEDBACK A few minor issues that didn't meet our expectations and explains why I didn't rate them a full 5 stars: * The whole process started off a little rough trying to get Ryan to come out to the house to give us a quote. We had dates and times scheduled, and twice those times were missed for various reasons. * While the crew was respectful of our property and moved all of the items away from the house to prevent paint from getting on them, at the end of the job, they didn't attempt to put anything back. So, we had to take some time to put all of our outdoor furniture, pool supplies, etc. back where they belonged. Not a huge deal, but thought it was worth mentioning. * The project completion date was missed by about 1 week--maybe longer (I think?) due to delays on another project the company was involved with. Again, no big deal as we had plenty of buffer time built in to the schedule. Ryan, again, was upfront, honest, and proactive in letting us know ahead of time of this and we discussed it. Overall, very pleased with their performance and I would recommend them.

Bay to Bay was not the cheapest estimate we received. But the owner, Ryan, was very honest with us about the work that we needed to have done and was very professional. The workers were prompt, efficient and cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. Crew chief, Philipe, was very respectful and kept us up to date on the timeline for job completion. For the most part, the job was completed within our timeline, except for a little delay by Mother Nature. We definitely would recommend their services. Specifically the quoted job was for entire exterior house painting and reconstruction of window sills that had broken off. Everything looks really good. They did an excellent job.

Everyone from Bay to Bay Stucco and Stone was friendly and professional. Aside from some minor scheduling conflicts that were easily worked around, the entire process was straightforward and stress free. Ryan was open and honest in all communication and took the time to explain the entire process, which was very appreciated. The job was done on time and the end result exceeded expectations. The price was fair and details were outlined in writing. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have stucco work done on their home.

They were wonderful we had a crack that was spotted by our homeowners association. They came out and they took a look and quoted us a price. When they came out to do the work it didn't require as much as was originally quoted. They're completely Honest. We were completely Amazed by the Integrity of this company. Would definitely use again if we need a repair.

Bay to Bay called me within 10 minutes of submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. To save time, that day I was able to send them text pictures of the repair needed. Ryan called me back, explained the reason why my stucco was bubbling off the wall above the garage. He gave me a fair quote and I made an appointment for that week. His staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The team showed up on time, kept the area neat and clean during the process and cleaned up spotless when done. They were able to match the paint and two days later the patch was painted. You would never know the stucco was fixed. It all matched perfectly. I would use again if the need arises.

I can't say enough good about Bay to Bay Stucco & Stone, and the owner Ryan Dush! There's are several reasons why all customers give them 5 stars---------they deserve it. Specifics: * He showed up on time for our appointment. * He quickly proved himself to be knowledgeable, honest and didn't try to convince us to do something outside the scope of what we wanted. * We needed stucco repaired in several places around our house and then repainted. Ryan presented pros & cons associated with doing 'spot' work compared to power washing, repair the stucco and repaint. We chose the second COA and are VERY, VERY glad we did. * If I had a question I'd ask the senior man on-site and he'd always give me a good answer. Ryan would contact me at the end of every work day to discuss how things were going and he'd always address my question. This shows open lines of communication between the boss and his subordinates. That's nothing but GOOD. * Work was conducted in a timely, professional manner and the end product was incredible. We conducted a thorough walk around inspection with his on-site manager and were very pleased. Ryan conducted his own walk around inspection the next day and noted two areas (both under the pipes for our pool solar heater) that didn't meet his standard. We didn't / couldn't see the areas but agreed with him after squatting down to see them. His crew was out within 18 hours to repaint the incredibly small areas Ryan noted. * The price was very fair and the end product was exactly what Ryan said it would be. Not that common these days. Final comment - Ryan is also involved in the building of high end homes and therefore has a rolodex of sub-contractors that can do almost anything. Our house is approximately 18 years old and things need to be repaired/replaced. We now know an honest, capable and competent man who we contact when something needs to be done--plumbing, electrical, in-ground sprinkler system, etc. and that's huge.

Ryan was easy to get a hold of and always returned my calls. His staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I would use again if the need arises.

Hired to repair damaged stucco. Eventually decided to include whole home exterior paint. Owner Ryan was prompt and professional from start to finish. Communications were also excellent. Pricing was excellent and the job was finished on schedule. Results were also excellent. Very happy customer and will hire again for future projects. Highest recommendation.
