Everything was done professionally and price was good.

The Tech called ahead, showed up on time, and worked thru the Summer Heat to make minor repairs at four different rental properties Irrigation systems, over a four-hour period. The process was through efficient, and we discussed each repair along the way. We plan on having American Irrigation, service our properties quarterly, to improve our customer's experience.

I called this company on 5/6/2020 and they had one of their techs Shane come out the next day. He called ahead of time to let me know what time he would arrive. I really appreciated that because I have a baby. Shane came out and fixed all my sprinkler issues and also educated me on my system. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Shane if you decide to use this company. If I have any issues in the future I will be using this company again.

Shane came out as scheduled. He was very professional and explain everything before starting. It took a little while to find the failing valve, but he was determined. He replaced the valve and cleaned up well. I would have no qualms about bringing them back for any additional work I may need.

Shane did an outstanding job repairing an irrigation line leak caused by a tree root. Not only did he rapidly correct the problem, but he was extremely thorough in checking the rest of the system, adjusting heads as needed to ensure complete coverage. After completing his work, he took my husband and me on a tour of our lawn, activating each zone and explaining what he did and what to keep an eye on to maintain optimal performance of the system. We're big believers in preventive maintenance and will definitely be calling American Irrigation back twice a year to make sure our system is operating the way it should, to protect our lawn and maintain the 'curb appeal' of our home. I got a very quick response after leaving a message with this company, and stellar service, thereafter. From the first phone call, I knew exactly what to expect on service and pricing. Was quickly called for scheduling then reminded of the appointment by text and phone call. My tech, Jason, arrived on time and quickly got to work. He very completely tested and checked every sprinkler in our yard, the valves, solenoids, wiring, and timer. Our irrigation system is 12 years old and was in need of some serious maintenance. Two hours later, with a new timer, a new valve, a solenoid (on a 5 zone system), complete reconnections of wiring and 6 new sprinkler heads and nozzles, and a repositioning and adjustment of each sprinkler on our 6 tenths of an acre, our irrigation was running like brand new. Jason answered all my questions and showed me exactly where and why things needed to be replaced. For a grand total of $478, it felt like we got a brand new irrigation system! All pricing fell at the lower end of both national and regional average ranges for this kind of work! I checked! The service and professionalism was just outstanding! These folks take pride in a job well done and fairly priced. Stephen is the owner, Tina is the office manager, and Jason was our tech! They had no issue with coming to South Lakeland from Plant City and did not charge extra for the distance. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.

The service tech was slow and the hourly rate was expensive. I even dug some of the holes and refilled them to speed him up.

Ronnie did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and making the repair in a timely fashion. Would definitely use this company again for irrigation issues.

Excellent. Ronnie came out and immediately knew what to do. He fixed the leak quickly and then installed a new control panel. We tested it, and despite it originally being wired strangely, he got it to work well. I give kudos to Ronnie.

Cannot say enough great things about Ronnie. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions with a very positive attitude. When anyone asks who I recommend I will tell them to call and have Ronnie at American Irrigation Services come and take care of the problem.

We called on 2/10 to schedule an appt and Shane was at our house at 8:00 a.m. on 2/11. Our irrigation system was not working properly so he checked all of the heads and zones and fixed all of those problems. We were not really familiar with our system and Shane explained everything to us and programmed our system to run on specific days and times. We were extremely pleased with his work and if we have any other irrigation issues, we will definitely call American Irrigation and ask specifically for Shane.

How'd it go? Perfectly. Ronnie is all over it--knows his trade, is courteous, provides great advice after listening carefully to customer needs and concerns. Works efficiently and doesn't waste a minute. If you want to learn while he works, he's more than willing to let you watch over his shoulder and answer questions. Shares his thoughts on issues or opportunities he notices in the course of the job. When the work is done, it's done and done right. Great experience, price was totally fair.

Steve, Ronnie and their team came out to install irrigation around our new pool. They were on time and professional. They ran into some unexpected/unbudgeted issues and fixed them timely. They explained everything along the way which was very helpful.

Very well, truly appreciate their time spend checking my sprinkler system, we couldn't get the sprinklers to pop up, many failed attempts, Steve was courteous to come out and check out the sprinklers. They are working fine. Water Dept closed the valve to sprinkler system after detecting a leak thinking it was sprinkler system, prior to that we tried PRG and couldn't get sprinklers to pop up. Hired plumber to check out leak in house couldn't find anything leaking also thought it was sprinkler system, hired another plumber he found the leak, it was the outside facet had a hidden leak. Greatly appreciate Steve time and courtesy. Highly recommend.

Excellent response and service. I called on 5/31/2018 and spoke to Steve Davis about a broken sprinkler head and a request to have my system checked and repaired as needed. Steve (the business owner) told me to expect a call from Tina to set up an appointment. Tina (very nice and easy to do business with) called me back within a half hour and we set up an afternoon appointment (per my request) for Monday, June 5th. I got a followup text on Monday, June 4th reminding me of my appointment. Jason, the technician, called me a half hour before expected arrival on the 5th. When Jason and Tony got to my property, they went straight to work and repaired "old faithful" as well as a couple of other problem heads (my system is 18 years old) and ran an overall test and checkout on the system. Everything about this service was terrific. I will use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Keith was our technician. I was very happy with his service and the company overall. We were house sitting and broke one of the sprinkler heads which I wanted fixed before the owners came home so they wouldn't have to worry about fixing our accident. American Irrigation Services called me back the quickest of all the companies I called. They were able to come out the next day to fix the broken sprinkler head. Keith was professional, friendly, and helped answer my questions and cleaned up so no mess was left for our neighbors. I will definitely use this company again for sprinkler issues in our own yard as well.

We are very happy with the work Steve and his crew did installing our sprinkler system. The installation was completed on time and we were given a walk through of the system and how to operate it. The system has been in a couple of weeks and no issues.

I own a rental house the tenant lived there 10 years moved out, they never used the sprinkler system the 10 years they lived there, the yard is being resod in front and sides of house. The company doing the resod will not resod until sprinkler works. I have a company that takes care of my lawn and sprinkler system at my house. The owner of the company as a courtesy came out and manually turned my sprinklers on in the back and sides of my house and checked the heads found no issues, advised me to buy a fuse and replace it. I did got PR error, called him said I needed new timer quoted me 90$ to replace but couldn't meet my time constraints, couldn't get someone out for 2 to 3 weeks. He didn't manually turn them on in front due to him having to leave to pick his son up from school. I called around no one could get out for up to a month, American irrigation was the only company available. I am baffled by amount of time it took him (3 hours) 270$ worth of labor to replace timer cost 130$, 6 nozzles ( 3) I believe I asked him to change to 6", 3 in front where broken, (6 nozzles and screens) 2 king connectors, 5 poly nipples, he said I had a broken rotor on side yard (this was not found by Meri my company confused by this) and 1 rain bird value. I have had heads replaced at my house also my unit, it has never taken 3 hours. I am baffled by this. He moved very slowly and took his time. Wasn't very patient when explaining how to use the unit, left the garage floor dirty ( my yard is mostly dirt) swept up the dirt left from replacing heads in front of house, overall I wouldn't use again, felt taken advantage of. Overpriced and took too long to complete the job, not even sure now if I needed a rotor, I feel totally taken advantage of.
