Steve, from American Irrigation, came out for a sprinkler repair and estimate. He was timely and very courteous. He repaired my damaged sprinklers and moved a few heads for better efficiency. He then provided an estimate for an additional zone to be added to my back yard. Steve and one of his employees came out later that week to complete the zone addition and replacement of irrigation control panel/rain sensor. Steve has been available by phone to answer any questions I have had regarding my new irrigation system. My wife and I are very pleased with our new system and will certainly be using American Irrigation Services LLC in the future.

Brian came out after a prompt call back from the office to schedule him. Brian is professional, thorough and clearly knows all of the ins and outs of irrigation systems, providing not only recommendations, but thorough explanations of why he is recommending things. It is truly a pleasure to have a service professional so knowledgable and passionate about what he does.

Service was great. The tech came out and tested my sprinkler system for power and everything tested ok. Apon further investigation he found that my water was turned off because of a broken pipe outside. He repairded the piping and got everything running again. Turns out that my lawn service broke the piping, turned the water off and never told me. American Irrigation probably saved my lawn and the y completed the work in under an hour.. Very impressed with the speed and courtesy of the tech. He also gave me some tips on saving water and the most efficient lawn watering techniques. I'd definately recommend and use their services again.

My irrigation system was not coming on at all. I called American Irrigation on the advice of another irrigation company because they could not come out as soon as I needed them. When I called they asked all the right questions to make sure that it wasn't something silly before booking an appt within a day or two. The technician that came out checked out my system completely and spent quite a bit of time locating my master valve and diagnosing the wiring connection between it and the controller. It was one of those issues where the problem was not clear but since the controller display had been flickering for the last year or so we jointly decided to replace it. This appeared to resolve the problem. A few months later, the irrigation system stopped working again. This time the technician pinpointed the master valve as the problem and replaced it and it has worked perfectly since. All in all, the controller probably needed replacing anyway and I appreciated how the technician was honest in evaluating and discussing the repair options.

The company was quick to respond to our needs, setting up an appointment to come to our home quickly after we called, and the technician (Brian) was punctual on the day of service. Brian's professionalism was excellent, and his performance was top-notch. He was thorough and efficient with his work, but still took the time to explain how to properly use our system. Additionally, as walked us around the yard to show us where all heads are located, how they should operate, and how to properly maintain them. We will use American Irrigation Systems again in the future, and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for this type of service.

Steve and his crew were fantastic. The irrigation system appears to work flawlessly. Not only that, but he was polite, courteous, and took his time explaining the entire process. As a footnote, American Irrigation is one of the few on Angie's List that are actually licensed in Hillsborough county to install an irrigation system.

This was an absolutely service call. The professionalism of Brian speaks very highly of the company. He gave all the information I needed to operate the system. I would recommend to everyone that American Irrigation Systems is the best company to get their lawn sprinkler systems working optimally.

They spent all the time I wanted - to train me on how to operate the new irrigation control panel. They spend many hours in the blazing July heat...and had to deal with many unsavory people that seem to walk around my neighborhood. American Irrigation handled it perfectly. Several times during the process, they knocked on my door and explained what they found on the old system and how they were upgrading and repairing it. They seemed genuinly interested in making sure I understood what they were doing. They accepted credit cards and gave me a very detailed bill - showing all they had done. They also told me that there was a guarantee on their parts - because they only used quality parts that you cannot get at a large home improvement place. I have since used them for some upgrades. And they perfomed perfectly on that also! Place of service: Central Ave, near Ybor City and downtown Tampa.

I haven?t followed up with the work yet. This company was good overall.

Technicians located lawn irrigation valves and replaced. I was quite satisfied with the quality and cost of the work performed.

One man from American Irrigation Systems Inc. came to my home, to give me an estimate. He was very good, and prompt. He was courteous, and gave us a ton of information. He spent a lot of time with us. I felt like the prices were good.

The work was done very professional. Steve and his helper were very courteous. Wherever they dug, everything was put back to original place, when finished. So I had a new sprinkler head replaced, about 8 extensions added, discovered 1 buried sprinkler and repaired a cracked pipe.

I saw his truck in my neighborhood and told him how I cut a 3-foot section of sprinkler system wire and asked how much he would charge. He said that if I knew where it was cut it would be no more than the minimum service fee of $75, plus a little for the material. After he finished, he checked the rest of the sprinklers since it was still under an hour. I also told him I had 2 sprinkler heads that didn't work. He checked the valve box and found bad connections. I thought I would have to pay for the second hour, but he only charged for 1 and a quarter hours: $112.50.

Steve was one of the few people who called us back, and provided a prompt estimate. We liked that he did the work himself, rather than a hired crew. He did a good job and cleaned up afterward and went over the system with us, and informed us of the current water restrictions. When we had a leak 5 months later on Saturday, we called him, he returned the call, and came out within 2 hours, and fixed it at no charge. The leak was on part of the old irrigation pipe that he had tied into, not the new portion.
