Cisco Santiago came to my home promptly, discovered that it was a flying squirrel and removed it within minutes. He explained a bit about flying squirrels to me and gave me suggestions as to what to do to prevent this from happening again.

First time, success! Second time, not so much, but that wasn't their fault. The stupid possum is in a location that they just can't get to. But he did everything he could to get at it.

Please look elsewhere if you are in need of wildlife exclusion. We hired this company to exclude bats from our home. After an inspection, we were told the company would guarantee our home. After the "exclusion" two bats found their way into our bedroom and bathroom, even though we were repeatedly told there was "no way" this could happen. It was a complete nightmare. Months later, bats made their way into our shutter. Mike went back on his word, and would not help us. Additionally, they used a foam (not a concrete) to repair the soffit, which can lead to problems in the future. We will be taking action to correct this but will have to hire another company to correct these issues.

We had rats in our attic for a long time and couldn't figure out the way in. Angel was awesome. He came out and sealed everything and set traps. We kept hearing rats. Angel came out numerous times to check, but we were still hearing the rats. Angel told me I should get a plumber to check the pipes. I thought he was crazy. How could they get in the attic through the pipe. Well they did. They chewed a large in one of the stacks The Plumber fixed the hole, and no more rats getting in. Angel was great and would definitely recommend.

No response so we went with another service provider. They may provide great service to others, but I was really disappointed to not hear from them.

Called the service and Mike Spanola (owner) answered right away. I gave him the details of my problem, he in return, gave me a rough estimate of charges. Came out, figured out what needed to be done. Mama and 3 babies were between the wall of my kitchen and dining room. Mama had passed but he saved the 3 babies and took them to a rehab center. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT work and even repaired my wall, that had to be cut out. Other companies, never even called back, I knew then, Mike was the man for the job! A man of his word and great work. I am passing the word,,hes the best!

We called Mike Spanola (owner) of All Pro Wildlife on Tuesday after discovering the opossum living in our backyard. He and his son came to our home on Wednesday and prepared to leave two traps in hopes of capturing the animal. However, Mike was able to find the critter under a cluster of bromeliads and carefully removed it and placed it in a cage/trap to be relocated and set free (far away from our yard). We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully we will not need this type of service in the future, but if we do, we will definitely call them again!

Went great, I would hire them in a second.

They sealed the attic and trapped many rats. They also advised us on ways to secure food in rat proof containers so that the traps would be more effective. The number of rats trapped lowered as the population diminished. Traps were placed in the house when most of the traps came back empty in the attic. When the traps failed to catch any more rats we switched to poison bait. When rat activity ceased we had a problem with rats that had died from the poison inside the walls and in other areas causing terrible odor. We removed the rats in areas we could reach when the odor indicated their location. We used some very expensive; but, very effective deodorants. We are still in the watch and wait phase. Hopefully the problem is resolved.

Mike who answered the call was really great.. sent my request to tech in the area of the house and response from there was extremely quick. Seiko (tech who responded) was professional, answered my questions, boarded areas of the house that would allow animals to enter the property (I am renovating so it needed to be boarded up), investigated the attic to determine # of cats. Two traps were set and over several days Seiko repeatedly returned (sometimes multiple times a day) to check. 2 cats were rescued and given to a large cat colony for care. Very impressed with the speed, expertise and professionalism of this company and Seiko in particular. They were also very reasonable $ wise

I can't say enough good things about our experience with All Pro Wildlife! My phone conversation with the owner, Mike was very pleasant and he quickly scheduled a visit by his technician. Our technician, Angel was great! He was extremely knowledgeable and explored all options for dealing with our problem animal. He even contacted a skunk expert in order to provide the best options for dealing with our issue. He was very thorough! They came the very same day that we called and arrived promptly. We would definitely hire them again!

CJ (technician) arrived and set up a trap. Squirrel was not easily enticed into the trap, but finally CJ coaxed it in and removed it. Then the chimney was screened to prevent any another creature from visiting our fireplace. We have vent-less LP fireplace logs, so our damper is always closed, so even if something falls into the chimney it can't get into the firebox until the damper is opened.. CJ was neatly dressed, well groomed and personable. I like to see that type person when I open our home to a service person.

It went terrific. They did the job quickly and were successful unlike others we called who tried to find the wildlife.

Wonderful! I was very upset about the whole situation (having rats in my attic) and Mike was very prompt to call me back (and even return my multiple phone calls) and fixed the situation promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone with similar issues. They sent pictures to my phone of the sealed entry points as it was hard for me to see the top of the roof without getting up there. Very pleased!!!

Mike was prompt, responsive, explained the full process and saw the full job through. He came to the house 3 separate times, one to assess the bat colony, a second time to install the valve and seal any entry points and a third time to remove the valve. He was efficient and effective... It has been about a week and we are still bat free. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. Thank you to Mike and his team! This is our 2nd time using Mike at All Pro and we couldn't be happier. If you want prompt and professional service then you need to call them. He quickly set the trap and was nice enough to communicate with me and my husband at different times about the details of the job. We will use them again if needed.

My wife and I discovered rodents coming in and out of the attic after servicing our a/c unit. I immediately went on Angi's List and discovered All Pro Wildlife. They had many excellent reviews, so I decided to use them. Angel did an excellent job. He came out a few days after making the initial call to assess the situation and give us a fair price for the job. He then came out with his crew and performed the job in a very efficient and professional manner.. Angel was able to completely seal off the entry points to the attic and we no longer have rodents crawling around in the attic. I was very impressed with Angel not only with his knowledge of the industry but how professional he was as well. He kept in touch with us every step along the way and and put my wife and I at ease the the job would be done in a timely manner and the reassurance that the job would be done correctly. Their professionalism was excellent.

All Pro Wildlife sent technician Cisco Santiago out to check on a potential dead animal in the attic.He was professional and on time every time he came to the residence. The search for what was causing the stench in the house emitting from the attic was intense. It was VERY VERY hot and it was an expansive area to search- Cisco had a can do attitude and would not give up when the initial search did not give results. Cisco found the offending dead creature and removed it . He accessed the possible entry areas and made recommendation. He then sealed all potential entries into the attic. Cisco set traps for any other animals that had already entered and was very, very thorough, returning efficiently and timely to check traps. Cisco is an asset to the company , very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend All Pro Wildlife and ask for Cisco to be your technician! Thank you

Angel came out on a Sunday on very short notice. I was in a tight spot....Dead animal smell coming from my attic right before I had to leave for a short term military deployment. Mike, whom I spoke with on the phone was very professional and a straight shooter. Same with Angel who came out to make the service call. I would highly recommend that you use these guys. You cannot go wrong. Integrity, skill and professionalism.

Angel was prompt in responding to our inquiry and scheduled an appointment the following day. He assessed our situation and immediately got to work. This is a problem we have been combating for years and had even hired another company in the past. We were amazed at how quick Angel was able to get results. He and Cisco made multiple visits, were always on time, communicated with us about what was happening and were on standby, should we have needed them. The sealed all the entry-points to our house and laundry room and set multiple traps. They came several times to check the traps and were ready to remove anything that was caught. They went above and beyond with multiple visits and even called us a couple times after our service to ensure that the job was done. We are super satisfied customers AND critter free! Chris from All Pro Wildlife arrived promptly on Thursday as promised from my initial call. He left the live traps in my backyard. . The next morning the opossum was trapped. Chris came quickly to retrieve it. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did what he said he would do. He seemed to care about the animals. I would recommend their services.
