The Men in this store are very kind and professional. They have been fixing everything that I have been bringing them for several years. I have also bought many thing's from these Jeweler's. They do have really Great prices!! They have quite a large display of so many different kinds of things you just can't help yourself. Gold coins, Beautiful ring's, Earing's, Etc. The business closes at 5. I walked in about 10 til 5 and the owner met me at the door and asks ?What do YOU want?? I explained that I came in here to get the watch fixed again that seems to keep breaking. Immediately, the owner turns unprofessional and asks, ?did you only come in here to b**** and complain?? The owner?s son at that point, came out to see what the problem was. Looks at the watch and tells me ?you should have had the pins replaced like I told you last time? . I told him that ?I actually did get it replaced by you last time.? Looks at my watch and then says ?It?s a $3 pin, what are you b******* about?!? At that point I did not want to have them fix anything so I just asked for my watch back. The son came out, gave me my watch back. He then flipped me the finger and said ?Go f*** yourself? I didn?t want to stoop to this level and just wished them well. The father then chimed and said ?get the f*** out of my store and go f*** yourself? At no time was I looking to get something for free, nor did I try to insinuate that it was their fault that this was happening. I wanted honest work that I was willing to pay for, but this business transaction took a turn that I was not willing to deal with.
