A Torres Pressure Cleaning

Do not trust this guy. He gave us a quote for pressure washing and sealing the pavers. The deal was good so we opted in. He never showed up to do the pavers. When he did show up to do the pressure cleaning, he did not show up on the day that he promised and was also several hours late. He is not dependable. We are never calling him again.

Horrible! The disaster started with this company not being on time! They came to my home to deliver flyers to promote their company. My husband told them that he would give them a chance. We scheduled an appointment for them to start pressure washing our home at 9:00am the next day. They did not show up at 9, by 9:30 we were calling them to see where they were, they stated that they had to stop to get chlorine. Umm, shouldn't they be ready with their materials before the start of a scheduled job? Long and short, they strolled up at 11:00. I had cleared by patio of all my planters. I questioned them about the plants round my pool cage asking if they would be ok. They said that they would be fine. I figured so, as I have had pressure washing in the past and never had issues, but I still wanted to check. They did the front of my house, around the landscape stones ect... they came back the next day for the back and pool cage. A few days later, the leaves started falling from ALL of my plants and continued for a week until they were bald! My St. Augustine lawn was burned all over and my spices disinigrated as if they were in a fire! I called them to let them know of the damage. They said that they would come back to my home to evaluate the damage. I took picture daily of the mess. They said that they would be at my home at noon. Noon came and went. I called again and they said that they were 10 minutes away. 10 minutes came and went. 30 minutes later they rolled up saying sorry they were late they stopped for lunch! I proceeded to take them on a tour front to back of the damanged lawn and plants. They took pictures and then what happened next really floored me. He said to me, we did you a favor why should we have to be out money to replace this? Needless to say, that brought out the ugly in me..... Favor? I paid these guys their requested wage and asked if my plants/lawn would be OK, to which they responded yes. This has never happened in the past and I have had pressure washers many times in the past 10 years that I have lived here. Some of those plants were planted when we bought the house! After the ugly came out, they asked what I wanted them to do. I said a good business man would know what to do and would do the right thing. This is when they said that they would replace the burned sod and replace the damanged plants. They asked if they could come back in a week. I felt like that was too long, but my husband agreed. They called the day before to confirm, which I was shocked. They were supposed to be here in the afternoon. That was 2 days ago!! No Call No nothing! Horrible horrible and horrible! ** Note: I looked up Angies list to see if they were on here, unfortunaltely after the fact. I saw they were on for only four months. I asked them during my rant about being on Angies's list and they lied and said that were not on. I told them that I appreciated their dishonesty, that I had already looked them up and saw that they registered 4 months ago and would certainly write this review if they did not make good on their mistake. Obviously, they didn't care!
