The sales representative explaned the various options taking time to answer our questions. He was very personable. We did not feel pressured. Griffith and Jay arrived in the morning at the scheduled time. they were both profeesional as they worked to complete the installation. When they left with our new shower installed, the work area was clean and spotless. we would highly recommend them .

My experience was awesome with West Shore Homes from Archie the salesperson who used no high pressure sales talk and listened to my needs and my cost expectations; to office staff I spoke with; and then the installers Nick M. And Aiden J. Nick and Aiden arrived around 8:30 am and worked nonstop all day. They finished the construction and shower installation by 4:00pm. They were very professional and kept everything nice and clean. I highly recommend West Shore Homes

West shore home did an awesome job remodeling our shower. The two technicians Jerry and Luke was awesome. They arrived at 8:20am and worked nonstop all day. They finished all the construction and installation by 5:30 the same day. They were very professional. They put down protection cloths on all floors where they walked. They cleaned up inside and outside. I would highly recommend Westshore Homes. Ask for Jerry and Luke. Great team

Just very hard to get anyone in the company to take action. They were unable to fulfill the entire job, yet they charged the card for the full amount. The installers insisted I sign the paper work for completion and they stated they made a note the project was not complete. My advice do not sign anything until it is fully complete because now I am unable to receive a refund for 1200 dollars. This is a good amount of money to me as I have to work daily
