They did a good job. They came and did everything they said they were going to do. Overall, I was satisfied, and I will use them again in the future if necessary.

I was amazed at how smoothly the tree removal was completed. From the time I called, I had a written proposal within one day. I was very impressed with Ken, who gave great advice regarding other trees I was thinking of trimming. The dead tree had to come down before hurricane season progressed any further, but was in a tricky location, where any misteps would have damaged my roof, or my water pumphouse. I was home all day and never heard any branches hit the roof, and my pumphouse is fine. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction, and they were done in a jiffy. Their price quote was very fair, and I'm very pleased with everything. They will be my first call the next time I need any tree work done.

Ken quoted the job on a Tuesday, called to tell me they would do the job on Friday.They finished the job Friday afternoon and everything looked great.

Went very well. They were prompt and efficient and did a very good job. They did me a big favor when they noticed two roof tiles that squirrels had eaten through during the freeze just above the soffits in the front. I couldn't see them otherwise, so I then called a roofing company - Albright's. I guess I need to do a report on them too.

They were very good. We made an appointment and they came out and got the work done before tropical storm Faye hit. I really appreciated that they could get them cut down before the storm came. They did have an emergency call which they had to take care of, but called us and let us know they would be a little later which was nice. They were friendly and priced reasonably I feel.

They did a very timely and good job. I thought the price for the size of the tree was reasonable.

We called and asked for free mulch. He arrived right away. The problem is that he did not mention how much mulch he was bringing, and brought 3 times what we needed. The pile was the size of three big cars. We now know that we should have asked more questions, but we feel he took advantage of the opportunity to get rid of an enormous amount of mulch. We were not home when the delivery took place and never would have allowed them to dump that much. When we called to have them help us deal with the situation, they did not want to have to deal. It took three phone calls to finally get the owner to speak to us. He then finally apologized and also agreed that he should have asked how much we needed. He then charged us $50 to get rid of the excess mulch. He did not come as planned the next day, but did come the following day.

Very positive. Ken (Jr.) was very polite, professional, accomodating, arrived on time and cleaned up the job site. His assistant was also pleasant and hard working (didn't get his name). I thought that I got a good value in their services and am happy with the result.

This is a family owned business by Ken Johnson. Just very, very fine people. They were good to their word, and on time. They were half the price of anyone who gave me a bid. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves, and respected the plants and the lawn. They were very, very good, and I highly recommend them.

A major concern to us was the fact that most of the largest limbs of the biggest pepper tree hung over a chain link fence into our neighbor's yard. In order to cut those limbs, it was necessary for Ken to have access to her property & much to our relief and hers, he successfully cut & cleared away all the involved branches very neatly without damaging the fence. By day's end, everything was completed to our total satisfaction. We thought it was important that in this line of business, Ken's insurance coverage provided Workman's Compensation.

THE OWNER KEN CAME OUT FOR A CONSULTATION; QUOTED A PRICE AND TWO WEEKS LATER TO HIS WORD HE WAS OUT DOING THE WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME; VERY HARD WORKERS; DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED AND IF THERE WERE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS THEY WOULD PROVIDE THAT ALSO. EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY; I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, AND USE THEM AGAIN, IF NEEDED.

TRIANGLE TREE SERVICE'S WORKERS WERE CLEAN-CUT AND COURTEOUS. THE COMPANY'S EQUIPMENT WAS CLEAN, QUIET AND IN WORKING CONDITION. THIS WAS A DELICATE JOB, BECAUSE THE LARGE OAK WAS LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE ADJOINING TWO NEIGHBORS, WHICH REQUIRED THE UTMOST OF CARE NOT TO DAMAGE THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY. AND BEST OF ALL, TRIANGLE TREE SERVICE HAD THE BEST PRICE. I'VE NEVER BEEN MORE IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH A CONTRACTOR. KEN WAS A BIT PRICEY, BUT HE DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, ARRIVED ON TIME, CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS FROM THE TREES, AND WAS POLITE.

They took out a huge oak tree and many other trees. They also took care of the stump ginding. They had the best price and one day service. They were just a great team and knew their job!
