+ -1 moreI was a loyal customer but not anymore. The owner and one of the employees treated me like crap. They do not care about their customers anymore. They sold me a cheap part and then blamed me for having a problem with their part. I was very pleasant over the phone in trying to resolve this and then the OWNER of iClinic hung up on me and says he does not have time to deal with an unresolved credit/refund. There is a pretty good chance you will not have a good experience with iClinic and I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. You will waste a lot of your time (at least 5 hours for me) if you have any issues with your purchases.

+ -1 moreI believe this is the same business that moved to 1241 1st Ave N in St. Pete. I was there when the door opened at 9:00. Mark took my information and said my iPad would be done by the next morning. I asked it it could be done the same day. He promised he would try. I got a call at 11:20 saying it was ready. Looks factory new, no dead spots. First class job.
Description of Work: Replaced the broken glass on my iPad Air.

+ -1 morelsee above.... this I clinic also was associated with the computer wizard that had even worse problems fixing our toshiba, who lost data when i told them to back up the data first...
Description of Work: Jason came to the house to work on the internet connection and setting up a guest online connection without a password for our guests, as a previous time my brother apparently accidently changed our password to an unknown number, now we have a secure locked connection and one for guests.... the problem was with the laptop, a copy of the hard drive was duplicated.... he took the laptop to the shop, when i came to pick it up, and returned it home, there was a duplicate harddrive....... when I returned it to the shop jason said that he did not do this, but we had not used the computer yet, he was afraid to erase the duplicate in case he erased something important. so I took the laptop to the mac mall in tampa, who erased the copy in 1 minute... the mac mall guys (the apple store) said that the I clinic should have known this problem,

+ -1 moreThe laptop wasn't recoverable but they got the hard drive out, so information was saved. THey were professional and got it done in a timely manner. No complaints.
Description of Work: Liquid spilled on the keyboard of my laptop & shut it down. The price was for the recovery attempt for the laptop itself - including removal of hard drive, case, & cable.
