+ -1 moreCONTACTED HIM IN THE MORNING. HE WANTED TO COME OVER AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE IN THE AFTERNOON. I INFORMED HIM THAT THE PROPERTY IS FENCED IN AND THE GATE IS LOCKED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD KEEP ME INFORMED AS TO HIS ETA. I DIDN'T GET AN ETA CALL BUT FIGURED I WOULD HEAD OVER AND UNLOCK IT. ON THE WAY OVER TO UNLOCK THE GATE HE CALLS TELLING ME HE COULDN'T GET INTO THE PROPERTY. HE WAS SURPRISED WHEN I INFORMED HIM I WOULDN'T BE REQUIRING HIS SERVICES.
