Here on time, worked professionally, left and charged me what was quoted.

They were prompt for the estimate and educated me on what to look for when getting this kind of work done. On the day of service they came on time and worked hard all day getting the job done. They cleaned up afterwards. It looks great.

This is the second time I have used Sr. Screen. I purchased a home that the pool enclosure was shot. They had done such a good job for me 3 years ago on my former house, I did not even get competitive quotes. He is on time for quotes, finishes on time and uses quality materials.

They were punctual both on the estimate and the actual job itself. They did a great job (he has a good crew) and would use them again.

Scott worked with my schedule and we set a date for work to be done. He is busy because he does great work but he works with you to accommodate your schedule and is easy to communicate with. Scott showed up on time and did an excellent job. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I will continue to do so without hesitation. Dr. Screen it is an excellent service provider.

Service went very well. Scott and crew arrived at the appointed time and immediately went to work. The workmen knew what they were doing and using quality material was finished in a lot less time than I had expected. Upon completion, the workmen cleaned up the area. Scott knows his business and in very professional in his service.

Inspected and gave written estimate which required ordering some special custom pieces. Established schedule for work to be performed and did all work professionally. Was very neat, clean, and prompt. Will not hesitate to use them for all future screening needs.

We are extremely happy with the service, promptness, and the price. They underestimated the price over the phone, but they still honored the lower price. We were lucky enough to get our screens repaired the same day we called, which was a nice surprise. The price to have it done professionally was the same price that it would have cost us for just the materials if we were to DIY.

Scott, the owner, was great and the people are incredibly polite. They came exactly on time and did the most perfect work you would ever want to find. By the time I came home they were all cleaned up and gone. My husband went out to check and scrutinize the whole thing and he agrees that it was done beautifully. We've already recommended them to a friend.

After getting two estimates I suggested to my husband that we look at Angie's List and find a contractor to get an estimate from. My husband had already wanted to call Sr. Screens before we looked on AL. After looking through reviews we decided that we would call Scott. As always I over think and wait to the last minute to get estimates and work done. It's always before we are having a family gathering and of course I was pushing my luck. It took a few tries to be able to coordinate a meeting for an estimate but once that happened Scott came and really explained what products he uses and the he asked me what it was I was really looking for. As I explained (what most other companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg or just didn't want to do it) what I really wanted Scott listened and told me absolutely he could do it. Without telling Scott what others had said it would take to do it, I asked questions. Scott explained that it wasn't necessary to do all those things and that it could be safely be done. Scott gave us his estimate and we said we would be in contact. One big concern is that we were going to have a big party in a month and wanted to be sure that he could fit us in his busy schedule. He assured me he would. In a few days Scott called just to see if we had any questions or concerns - we discussed them and then he told me he had reworked his schedule so he could do our work before the party and in time to be sure that it was satisfactory in case it rained. There were a couple of things that needed tweaking but nothing major. We are enjoying our "new" areas and with temps. already in the 90's we are thankful for more shade. THANK YOU SCOTT for a great job. I apologize for not getting this review online earlier. You are great to work with. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

They were very prompt in returning my call and arrived on site within a couple of days. The guys were extremely courteous and polite and were very careful about carrying tools etc through our condo. After removing the shutter is was obvious it needed a new motor and it seemed it was an odd size so the motor needed ordering. They was a slight glitch in the ordering process( sometimes things go slightly amiss in the best plans ) but what impressed us the most was the speed with which they sorted out the issue. They arrived with the new motor and spent lots of time not only replacing the motor but also replacing lots of other bits that were also near failing. They the took the covers off the other two storm shutters and found very worn bearings in both and a broken bracket in one of them They fixed all those faults and again went the extra mile in replacing lots of other components that were pretty worn We are so pleased we got them to do that as it has without doubt saved us substantial expense in the future We are extremely pleased that we got this company to do the work and would recommend them to anyone----we have in fact recommended them to all our UK friends who own property here

Called senior screen for estimate on screen repair. They were very prompt with their estimate. Estimate was fair so i hired them. They were able to get out to me within a few days. Scott did a great job and everything was cleaned up. I have already recommended them to friends.

Not well. Called this company on Thursday 4/11, the owner stated that he would try to come to give me an estimate on Friday, but if not he would come on Monday 4/15. He never contacted me. I called him again on Wednesday to find out why he didn't come or call. He just said "Sorry". No explanation. I asked if he could come on Wednesday, but "No, I only do estimates on Fridays and Mondays." Well, apparently I was not important enough for his consideration and he is not important enough for me. Won't be calling him again or in the future.

They did a wonderful job and because I am an Angie's list customer they were able to fit me into their fully booked schedule.

Scott Brunelle, owner of Sr. Screen, and his crew exemplify the type of Contractor you hope to find via Angie's list. He was rapid and punctual in providing his estimate. His estimate was the most complete description of the work to be performed and the materials to be used that I received from any of the competing contractors . Additionally, It included one important repair item that was over looked by some other contractor's estimates. His price was slightly higher than the mean of the bids I received. However, the thoroughness of his work description and materials to be used made me comfortable to select his company. On the day of Screen Replacement he and his crew were early for the start of work and completed it on the estimated schedule. When finished they left the work area in immaculate condition. From my visual inspection the workmanship and material are of first quality. The whole experience has been a most positive one.

Outstanding experience. Screen ripped due to attempted break-in. Contacted Sr. Screen and Scott came out in a few days to give estimate, work schedule and completed in a very timely basis. I could not be more pleased with the job they did.

Scott Brunelle, the owner of Sr. Screen, was one of many whom we initially had bid for the job. From our first meeting, he stood out by far as the most professional and his bid was competitive. We had several delays in our pool renovation project due to weather and unexpected problems, and Scott was extremely patient while continuing to re-schedule his services. Once they started, the installation went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with the quality of the screening and the installation. He is a great problem solver and we would highly recommend Scott Brunelle and Sr. Screen.
