After speaking with them we did not hire this company. I asked for them to visit our home to provide a quote and he opted to quote over the phone and was very arrogant. When he provided a quote of $450 I asked if we could purchase the door on our own to try and lower the cost and he said he wasn't interested. He also told me that no other companies would be interested in doing this job because it is a small job. I did not appreciate his unprofessional attitude and took that as a sign that I should keep looking for other companies (we have two companies coming out to provide quotes next week).

Everything went well! We are very happy with their response and their workmanship.

Contacted Sr. Screen 9/20 and the owner, Scott Brunelle came out the next day for estimate. Work was scheduled 9/29/16 and his crew showed up at the exact time planned. His crew was very polite and fast! They finished within one hour of arrival time! The porch looks great and I could't be more pleased!

Based on Angie's list reviews, I contacted Scott with Sr Screen to look at my pool screen enclosure due to screens separating from the cage. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during the estimate. I decided to replace all screens. My scheduled appt day was rainy so he called in extra manpower to get the job done as promised. Great work! Installed Phifer brand screen and I am very pleased with the result. Two year warranty.

I called to schedule an estimate for rescreening and painting our pool enclosure. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication at first but Scott ultimately came to the house and gave us a thorough explanation about his work and his estimate. He coordinated with the painter to see that the job was performed in a timely manner. Also, the painter he recommended did a wonderful job.We are very happy with the outcome.

Returning calls was a problem. Seems no one wants to work anymore. The concrete sub contractor they used pumped the excess out under our bushes out front ruining the lawn. Overall, happy with the quality, design and product. Too WAY too long contract to completion for my taste... nearly 3 months!

They arrived on time. They were very professional and polite. The project turned out great. Loaded up their gear and cleaned up. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needed their pool or patio re-screened.

Excellent. Estimate given with a lot of information and details that were important to my making my decision. They set a date they could come, and they showed up right on time, and finished an hour earlier than they said they would be done. They were clean, and left things looking great. Cannot say enough good about this company. Very professional.

Superb, Start to Finish!!! While not the cheapest estimate, this work was/is the best value we've gotten on any of our pool enclosure work in the past 17 years. We've had cheap. . .We wanted and Got EXCELLENT. Details: Scott appeared at my front door after I asked for an estimate, exactly when he said he would, in a professional uniform, providing a detailed written estimate on a professional company form. He listened to and incorporated my concerns about the project into his work description and estimate, such that I easily recognized and agreed with exactly what he would do, in what time frame and to what standard. And that work description and estimate never changed a bit; NO "by the way's" or "oops we forgot" or "we found additional issues. . .". Then, Sr. Screen followed up my agreement to accept their estimate with a prompt and definitive work date scheduled, which happened exactly on time and in the time period they said, even finishing a little earlier than planned. They were professional and meticulous in their work site standup, execution and breakdown/cleanup. The new screens are EXCELLENT, and the overall job exceeds my expectations a lot! They even gave us a price break for our payment option and being a member of Angie's List, which made it even more cost effective. Going Forward: Sr. Screens is my pool enclosure company for repairs and issues going forward, and they are my recommended goto company for birdcage work to anyone I so advise. In fact, I would advise others going through the birdcage installation/repair qualification, bid and selction process to invite Sr. Screen to bid, and then to give them a 40% quality premium in cost considerations for any job they bid, I evaluate their product that highly. Thank you, Scott and Sr. Screens. While we don't anticipate seeing you again for a long time (about 15 years), we know where to go if we need work on our pool screen enclosure. Well Done!!!

This man did no work for me because he was Very Rude!!! He mocked me on the phone because I dare question why he could not replace the screens on my two windows which I thought was a legit question, plus I asked the question nicely. I did not deserve the disrespectful manner in which he spoke to me. I see all the great reviews here but I guess if the job is big enough he will be nice to you, if not, don't bother calling.

Scott and his team showed on time as scheduled and finished the job in record time. Everything looks and works great. Price was quite reasonable. Very pleased with this contractor.

Very prompt and professional. Said it would be up to 2 weeks before they could do the work. Ok. Got a call 2 days later saying they were available. Showed on time, in uniform, did a great job only took an hour. Every thing was clean and neat. Very happy.

Scott provided a very competitive and detailed quote for services. He included not only the items that would be included and price for each, but he also detailed the type of screen he would be using. On the day of installation, Scott and his crew did a fantastic job installing the screens and kick plates and we are extremely pleased with the results. Our pool cage looks brand new and it was installed over 15 years ago. Would highly recommend.

Scott turned up to provide an estimate for a partial rescreen. He provided a competetive estimate for the work that we were looking at having doing and also provided an estimate for a full re-screen, which we were also considering as other panels were heavily degraded. Without pushing an upgrade, Scott noticed that there were quite a few no see ums and informed us that there was a slightly finer mesh that would help with the problem. He provided an estimate for that as well so that we could make up our minds. We decided to go with a full re-screen with the slightly finer mesh. Although the work had to be rescheduled to the following day due to bad weather Scott and his team arrived promptly and did a great job. The screen is well installed and looks so much better than the old one. Great job, highly recommended.

Was recommended by another provider who wasn't licensed in Pinellas County on Angie's list. Called and left v-mail. 2 days later called back. No answer. Lost my business even before they had it. Going with another provider.

I was warned the process would be lengthy, about 6-8 weeks. In reality, it took 12 weeks from writing the check and signing the contract, and completion. The delay was the cement contractor, and the process happening over the Christmas holidays. The space is just what we wanted, the quality is very good, and the contractor kept in touch with us throughout the process. I would most definitely use them again and recommend this company.

It was great. I was real happy with the service. It was a good experience. Their pricing was very competitive.

Scott (the owner), came out to bid the service. He was courteous, professional, answered all of our questions and assured us he would schedule the work within a few days. He did so, as promised. His workers arrived right on time, finished in less time than anticipated and were friendly and did a great job! Scott came to inspect their work before they left. and told us not to hesitate to call if we had any follow-up questions.

I contacted 4 contractors listed in Angie List. All were within $100-200 on their estimates. Scott arrived on time, was professional and worked the job right along with his crew. The work was completed quickly and successfully. Scott answered all my many questions and gave a 2 year warranty. A year longer than other companies. I am very pleased with the entire process and am enjoying my new pool cage. I am pleased to recommend Sr. Screen to my friends and neighbors.

Scott Brunelle, the owner, set appointment. came out, measured, and gave us an estimate which was fair and very competitive. Work was scheduled. We were called a day ahead to remind us of the agreed to work day. Sr Screening, Scott and his crew, showed up exactly per the appointment time and they worked straight through the day until the job was done. Very efficient folks that care about quality and customer satisfaction. They use quality materials and guarantee the work for 2 years against any defect. This is a no risk, no worries, contractor and will not disappoint you.

Scott Brunelle came to give estimate. Explained types and quality of screening. Measured area. Gave estimate. Scott is a professional and explained his selection of screening. He is very easy to talk to and has been in business for a long time. He answered all our questions, A week later the enclosure was power washed on Monday and the following Thursday, as scheduled, Scott and his crew of two arrived on time and completed the whole job. Scott is detail conscious and he and his crew do an excellent job. The enclosure looks like new. We are very satisfied with the completed job and would highly recommend Scott's company and crew , they are professionals.

from the moment we made the call we were treated GREAT! Scott got out to give us a quote the same day we called. He was great at explaining the quality of their products (not just your cheap run of the mills screen goes in here and thats why the price is a bit steeper than some so do your homework!) and he gave us time and information to look up what they used to be sure it fit our needs. He took into consideration our needs and the things that were already wrong with our current screen?. like PINE NEEDLES and he was upfront about the time frame to get to us, and showed when he said he would!! Not to mention Ours is not the normal screened cage we have delicate large plants and delicate wildlife in our cage from Koi Pond to a bird the were respectful punctual and worked a solid day to get our project completed and it looked so great when it was done. Then when it was done all the trash was picked up and hauled away and all the mess that came down with the tear out was blow out. They were very respectful of our landscaping and our pets Koi, dogs. and bird! So far so good!! they left assuring us of a two year warranty on product and labor and assured us our cage was very well built so VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!

We chose Dana after getting two other estimates. He was very personable and explained everything thoroughly which was nice since we had no knowledge of screen enclosures. He had a few other jobs before us so we had to wait 6 weeks for any work to begin, which is pretty common. Dana and his associate began work on 9/9/14 and finished 9/10/14. They took no time at all and cleaned up after themselves. Dana also handled obtaining the permit and scheduling the inspection. We had a concern about drainage but he quickly addressed it to our satisfaction. The screen turned out better than we expected, and we love being able to enjoy outside without the mosquitoes. We highly recommend Dana.
