Scott was very responsive and came by the next day. The quote for work was very reasonable. This company has been extremely professional and timely. The work was beautiful. I recommend Sr. Screen highly.

I had some difficulty in reaching him and getting a plan made. We resolved that issue and he did a great job. I want to make sure he gets credit for that job and I would be happy to hire him again.

They took one look at it and were very rude to my son. They were not interested, it was too small a job. The person that came out was not very nice at all. There are different ways of saying the job is too small. They came out pretty quick after my son called.

The original appointment timeframe came and went so the next available appointment was not acceptable. Hired a handyman..

So far it's held up really well. They also give you a two year warranty.

The estimate was $245 for materials and $600 for labor. I thought the labor cost was excessive but they assured me it would take all day and that they would have to travel to Clearwater to get the materiels and that the helper would have to be paid for the ride and extra fuel. They arrived at 9:00 ( could not have traveled to Clearwater) and left around 1:00. Also when I attempted to pay with a credit card from my credit union, I was told it would be 20-30 % extra and then lowered it to 5% when I objected (I called the Credit Union and they said they never charged for services by a provider) Needless to say I paid with a check. The work was done well, but I objected to the high price of labor and do not think I will call them againbecause I am a senior and cannot afford their prices.

Spoke with the owner of the company on Thurs Aug 2nd and scheduled an estimate for Monday Aug 6th. He couldn't give me a time for the estimate so we waited all day. At 445pm no one had shown up, so I called and the owner answered. Said they wouldn't be coming out that day and it would be the following Monday before they could come out just for the estimate but wasn't sure of that day because he had 6 other estimates to do. Then I would still have to schedule the repair! I was quite frustrated and asked him if he was even going to call me to tell me that they went going to come out today because his attitude on the phone was quite flippant and he said in a smart Alec tone that he was sorry he disappointed me and hung up on me!!!! I just find it amazing that this is the 3rd company I've called for screen repair (2 from angies list) and they don't call back or show up!!!!! Glad their business is so great! We were going to ask for an estimate to make our pool cage larger when they came out but not now! Never would recommend this company to anybody!

The day after Tropical Storm Debby hit Pinellas County with a vengeance might sound like an odd time to have storm shutter work scheduled, but the schedule was set before Debby showed up! Nonetheless, Scott & Danny showed up right on time for their appointment. I fully expected them to lose interest because the winds were still blowing 25-30 MPH, and the mal-functioning shutter was on a high second floor. It didn't seem to faze them, however, and they quickly went about their job of replacing one motor and lubricating several others on the same floor, directly facing the winds of the Gulf. They came prepared, did the job, and we are very satisfied.

We sent a message to this company on Sunday evening, and were contacted first thing Monday morning. They came to the house to do a estimate on Monday afternoon - and scheduled the work to be done Friday morning. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. The new screens look great.

Scott and two helpers came out (Called before they arrived) Very professioanl, did the work fast and cleaned up afterwards.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. They were professional, on time and used quality materials. The price was quite reasonable. They also cleaned the whole worksite very thoroughly. I would recommend them without hesitation!

.From the time of estimate meeting through the completion of the work, we are very satisfied with Scott and his crew. Scott, the owner, was prompt in returning our call for an estimate and met with us when scheduled. He gave us a written estimate that included customer endorsements and insurance papers. On the day of work, Scott and crew arrived at the estimated time. He met with us to go over specific concerns we had, especially care when getting on our new roof. Scott and crew immediately started work and by 3:00, they were done. They worked continuously throughout the day. They cleaned the pool deck, skimmed the pool for debris, and fished out most of the debris that fell into the pool. Scott answered all our questions and was very courteous in all of our encounters. The highlight of this experience is that Scott requested full payment only when the work was completed and we were satisfied with the work.

I called to say I needed a complete new pool screen and the man there, I think he was called Scott said they were too busy to come to Bradenton even though the listing said they service Manatee County.

I called Scott of Sr. Screen, Inc to ask for an estimate. He arrived the same day and gave us a reasonable estimate. We asked him to go ahead with the repairs. He called within a few days and made arrangements for his staff to make the repairs. They arrived at the time expected. They did the work quickly and expertly. His men were pleasant, courteous and professional. We are very satisfied with the work. We will certainly use them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I contacted Sr. Screen through the Angie's list e-mail option, and Scott called me back the same day. Although his month was already pretty booked up, he squeezed my job within a couple weeks. They arrived when they said they would, did all of the repairs in a timely manner, and I am completely satisfied with the final product.

I contacted Sr. Screen for an estimate on having my screened enclosure re-anchored as needed. I received a response that "I will contact you and try to stop by tomorrow afternoon." I did receive a call the next afternoon during a period I was not home, I called back and left a message that I was home 1/2 hour after the original call. This is the last I have heard from this company. My job may have been too small for them to bother with. I cannot recommend this company nor will I consider this company for any of my future business.

Everything was fantastic. I would use them again.

The good thing is that Danny did fix the shutter. However, I was so fed up with the ordeal that I forgot to claim the discount offered. It seemed that Danny came in to fix the shutter thinking that he already knew what the problem was and how to fix it. I don't think that he listened to my concerns. Due to this he did not remove the cover before he attempted to fix the shutter and then when he could not fix it he had to remove the cover unhappily. Then when he thought he had done the job he put the cover back on before testing it. The fix was not accomplished and he had to remove the cover again. He worked very hard and I appreciated that and he did fix it eventually.

My pool cage is quite old, and I didn't know if I possibly even needed a whole new one. The one door did not close, the hurricane or wind cables were broken off, and a previous workman told me that the structure was not very sturdy. I was expecting the worst when Scott came out, but he told me that the cage was in great shape and that all I needed were new bolts, new door hardware, and the hurricane cables. He came out promptly, was a genuine nice man to talk to, and was so honest that I didn't even feel that I needed another estimate. His estimate was $550, but he said he would give me $50 off for cash, and he honored a $50 coupon from Angie's List. He was able to send someone out the next week. The man worked hard and did a great job. Scott called right away that day to make sure that I was happy with the work. I would definitely hire him again.

On Monday, an employee of the company showed up on time at 9:00 am to power wash the inside of the cage (the owner had been very specific about only doing the inside). He was here for about an hour, spent a lot of time looking at his phone and did, in my admittedly fastidious opinion, a rather average job (some support beams had not been touched by the pressure washer, on others, he missed the underside). It was an additional $125 for the pressure washing and had I researched more first, I would have gotten another company that specialized in cage cleaning to do that (we got an Angie's List company's quote--after the fact--for $175 that would have cleaned the cage inside and out). On Wednesday, 3 people showed up on time at 9:00 am to do the screen replacement. They worked very hard, all day until about 2:00 when the work was completed. Their work is excellent! The screens are all tight and perfect. the owner had promised that the cage would look brand new when they were finished, and it does. He touched the paint up on all the screws and brackets on the inside of the cage (he had been very specific about doing only the inside). The screws were not treated to prevent further rusting (the company never said that they would be) so that part was just cosmetic and some of the screws have already begun to rust through again. They cleaned up all of the major and most of the minor debris around the job site (we have found only a dozen, or so, little bits of screen and rubber and another dozen screws). They offered to hose the deck down but I declined because I intended to pressure wash it prior to painting. They also replaced the hardware on the 2 doors with brand new hinges, latches and automatic closers. Overall, this was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing re-screening. They do exactly what they say they will do, exactly when they say they will do it, for exactly the price they quote. While they were not the lowest price that was quoted, I feel the extra money spent (except for the pressure washing) was well worth the outcome.

Got the number from Angie's list August 2011 mgazine. Called for an estimate and they were prompt. Estimate was with in the budgetted amount so called for the service which was performed as required without incident. Very professinal.

I called Scott after getting his name from a friend. He came over that same week to give me an estimate. After I had agreed to his price, he went ahead and put me on his schedule. Since he was quite busy with other screening work, it was about 6 weeks out. We had started out with washing the pool cage in the estimate but since it was already done before Scott came out, he did not clean the pool cage, but he took care of some spots on the beams for me. He called 2 days before and confirmed the time and date of his arrival. He was very polite and respectful. Since I had painters that day in my house, he worked alongside with them and it was not an issue at all. He told me the time he would be finished and he was very punctual about that. He and his team cleaned up well after themselves. He also replaced my cables for me, on the outside of the pool cage. I paid extra for that, on top of the quote. If you pay him cash, he will deduct $100 from his price, and if you are an Angie's List customer, he will deduct another $100. All in all, it was a good experience and I will refer him to my friends and family. In fact he has done a few rescreenings in my area. He is polite, timely, and respectful. None of his team mates smoke on the job and waste their time. They come in, do the work well and leave.

In order to keep the price reasonable for my small repair job,Scott advised he would have to do it between his larger jobs. This meant he could not give a definitive time but he would keep me informed about when he could do the repair. True to his word he performed the work with dispatch in a professional and friendlymanner at the agreed price. I would recommend him to my friends.

They did an excellent job re-screening our large birdcage over the pool and replacing an ineffective gutter with an extra large, more durable gutter and downspout that will carry out the oak pollen and debris that falls on our house and pool. Of the overall price, $600 was for extra-dense, stronger screening across the top of this mansard-style cage and another $250 was for reattaching two of the smaller braces that had not been properly installed when the cage was built. This cage and the high-quality screening are particularly important to us because there is a large live oak tree that extends over the house and pool--and this has caused no end of problems for the roof and pool over the years. Scott helped us devise a strategy to mitigate these ongoing issues. He and his crew were on time, professional, and appeared to do a high-quality job with high-quality materials. Their work is guaranteed for two years. We're very pleased at this point and feel that if there are any problems in the future, they will be good to their word. We highly recommend them.
