We paid over $400 to have our water softener serviced Sept 2024. They installed a new piston, seals, brine valve and bypass seal because the water was always draining non-stop. It's now a little over 2 months, and now the tank is always full of water. Which means damaged piston assembly, brine line clogged, leak in seals. I spoke with Cathy today 12/9/24 and she said, Alan the owner would only back the work for 30 days! We would have to pay a service fee of $125 and then 30 min intervals of labor cost for the faulty work they did! Avoid any company who does business this way.

I called and spoke with the girl that answered the phone and she told me that she would have the scheduler call me with a time they could come by and do a service call. I never heard back from anyone.
Description of Work: I called this company off of a coupon they ran in one of the coupon books. I wanted to schedule a call for them to come and inspect and service my water softener unit.

WE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS NOW AND HAVE NOT HAD EVEN ONE PROBLEM. IF WE ARE HOME, HE ADDS THE SALT TO THE SOFTENER & EVEN RESETS THE CLOCK ON THE SOFTENER.
Description of Work: THEY DELIVER SALT TO MY HOUSE EVERY OTHER MONTH.

THIS COMPANY GAVE PROMPT SERVICE AND APPEAR TO BE VERY COMPETENT AND HONEST. THEY HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO REPLACE A DEFICIENT PART ON A SYSTEM I BOUGHT IN APRIL 2004. THEY WERE AVID IN FOLLOWING UP WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND, ONCE RECEIVED, PROMPTLY INSTALLED THE NEW PART. VIRTUALLY ALL OF MY CALLS WERE HANDLED BY THE OWNER, ALAN SAYLER.
