 + -1 moreI called and spoke with the girl that answered the phone and she told me that she would have the scheduler call me with a time they could come by and do a service call. I never heard back from anyone.
Description of Work: I called this company off of a coupon they ran in one of the coupon books. I wanted to schedule a call for them to come and inspect and service my water softener unit.

 + -1 moreWE HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YEARS NOW AND HAVE NOT HAD EVEN ONE PROBLEM. IF WE ARE HOME, HE ADDS THE SALT TO THE SOFTENER & EVEN RESETS THE CLOCK ON THE SOFTENER.
Description of Work: THEY DELIVER SALT TO MY HOUSE EVERY OTHER MONTH.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY GAVE PROMPT SERVICE AND APPEAR TO BE VERY COMPETENT AND HONEST. THEY HAD TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER TO REPLACE A DEFICIENT PART ON A SYSTEM I BOUGHT IN APRIL 2004. THEY WERE AVID IN FOLLOWING UP WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND, ONCE RECEIVED, PROMPTLY INSTALLED THE NEW PART. VIRTUALLY ALL OF MY CALLS WERE HANDLED BY THE OWNER, ALAN SAYLER.
