Sarah's Air LLC

After an awful experience with another A/C repair company (Acree Air) we contacted Sarah's Air. First Company: We were initially quoted $600+ to replace a dual capacitor on our landlord's unit. When we stated to the other company that the part was available online for under $20 and the $300 markup for the part was exorbitant, we were told that these charges were to "protect the company" and "hey, people pay it." When we refused to move forward with the repair nor to let them replace the defective part, Acree Air went back up onto the roof of the two-story condo, disconnected the unit and wrote CONDEMNED in permanent marker on the unit. Sarah's Air: We then called Sarah's Air. What a breath of fresh air! The person on the phone was very polite and helpful. She was able to schedule an employee to meet us at our convenience. When the employee came out, he was very professional. He took pictures along the way of everything he did and included them on a detailed invoice. He discussed the price with us before moving forward. Once we agreed to the $167.50 repair he completed the job in under an hour. Thank you Sarah's Air for being an HONEST company!
