 + -1 moreWe go there because they offer free rotation all the time. They're good. I don't check prices much, I just go in there and buy them. On their responsiveness, that you sometimes you have to wait on. If you make an appointment, they're really good, but it you just show up you may have to wait awhile. I'm giving them a B on that because you can't just call and make an appointment, you have to go in and make it you can set up an appointment, but you have to pay ahead of time, so you have to make a double trip. On punctuality, I'm giving them a B because they don't have the same control that other place have on that. They've always been very professional. They take care of you. If you've got a problem, they take care of it. I think they're really good. If you have a problem with your tires, or something you've had fixed, they're very good about backing it and taking care of it and not complaining, you know? I think they're pretty good for that.

Description of Work: This local Sam's club always seems to be so disorganized. Neat when you walk in - but it is very hard to find anyone to help locate something. Things are often displayed but not priced. - No sighns for quite a few items lately. the check out is often backed up, and when there is a hold up on a register it takes for ever for a manager or supervisor type to come Fix the situation, the line gets longer - they could take so many lessons from Costco which has it all together. As you exit the cashier line -you sometimes need to negotiate through the people that ar standing or sitting - with their carts in the isle at the cafe area. Poor logistics. then there is a line at the door to show your receipt. I used to get my contacts at the optical but that is the WORSE optical dept I have ever used. They lost my script twice, took over 20 minutes to find it next time - there may be different people, but 3 times I got a woman who clearly did not enjoy her job - never once smiled or said thank you. Needless to say I also told others. Price on some things are good- like meat and home goods, and specials - I go there when we have large gatherings since it is close, but am not seeing the value that I used to see. Some people there are nice - but overall they seemed to be overwhelmed. I would like to see some consistency return. Service desk is usually very helpful.

 + -1 moreDr Werthmiller fitted me with contacts that actually worked the first time! Loved her she was so very nice and knowledgeable. I had tried to get contacts previously and had seen two other Dr's with no success. I would highly recommend her and I sent my son to her and he was impressed as well.
Description of Work: needed an eye exam and Dr Lori Werthmiller was the best eye Dr I have seen in a long time.

 + -1 moreThe biggest issue was that they performed the repair without giving me a cost beforehand. They told me they weren't able to give a price until after the work was done. I tried obtaining a complaint number but I received the wrong number from two different employees.

 + -1 moreI called and they told me to come in. I didn't need an appointment, although I probably waited about 20 minutes to get in. Then they changed the tires very promptly. It was very satisfactory. They were a lot quicker than at the other company I have used in the past. I really shopped around for the price and, overall, they saved me about $60.
Description of Work: I bought my Goodyear Fortera tires from Sam's Club about six months ago.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEIR SERVICE WAS PROMPT, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SHORT OF MANPOWER. THIS IS OUR SECOND TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: INSTALLED FOUR NEW TIRES ON MY DODGE TRUCK. INSTALLED VALVE STEM AND TIRE BALANCING. THEY ALSO DISPOSED OF MY OLD TIRES.
