Rescreen Rescue

The job went well. We contacted Rescreen Rescue and Justin came out right away to give us a written estimate the next day. The estimate was competitive and they could do (or had referrals for) a variety of services that we needed. We went with this company because of the reputation from reviews and that they carry insurance/don't subcontract. During the planning, Justin was very easy to reach and very responsive. When the work started, the crews that arrived were professional and courteous. We were satisfied with the end result and would do business with this company again.

I have used them multiple times from a full RE-screen to some repairs for my pool cage. They do excellent work and are super responsive and most importantly communicate and are on time.

Very surprised by all these 5 star reviews because they just didn’t know what they were doing. Justin sent a text the night before they came telling me they would be out the next day between 8-9am, two weeks earlier than his original date which was great for us. I asked if he’d be here and he texted yes. I had an odd sized door I needed and told Justin when he came out to give me an estimate and that my contractor said I needed a door that measured 30” x 80” to replace the one that was already there. He did not show up with the crew and when I mentioned this to the two guys and a gal that came, they said, “he doesn’t work.” That should have been my first clue. When someone comes out to give an estimate that isn’t actually doing the work it rarely gets done right. So they arrived with a standard 36” door and they seemed to be confused as to why it didn’t fit, so they said they’d cut it. The angled corners have gaps, the door itself isn’t the same size at the top and bottom and doesn’t fit the frame right and the piece that holds the bottom screen isn’t even cut long enough to fit the lower screen panel and gaps on both sides. The closer was installed with screws going through the holes at an angle cutting into the corner of my wood frame because the bracket was larger than the door frame. Apparently Justin told them to change this bracket to wrap as it was replaced. Seems to me if they were qualified they should have known this. The bottom skirt was lowered and has holes showing above just on one side. The handle was placed high but it should have been measured from the outside of the cage which has a drop of 6 inches instead of from the inside so it’s too high from the outside and cramps your shoulder when you open it. Then they oiled the door — a new door doesn’t need oil — and used so much it left huge oil spots on my unfinished wood deck inside the door with several other spots on the lower deck as they went out to oil the other two doors and they did those with so much it ran down the door frame onto the concrete pad. Who uses this much oil? Granted the framing is odd on the new door but instead of saying something to me or asking what I wanted to do because I have contractors working on the house, they put two huge black beads of caulk which looked atrocious so they removed the framing inside to get rid of the caulk and at this point I asked them to leave. This was the most incompetent job I’ve ever seen. I tried the call Justin who will only text and I sent him pictures. He never called to talk with me nor did he respond to me when I told him his guys took one of my contractors tools. Tells me a lot about this business. I said I wasn’t going to pay for this type of work and Justin finally agreed it was very sloppy and said no charge however I did pay for a screen panel replacement which was up high. I’m just so totally disappointed that this quality of work would even be considered acceptable.

We had a hot tub put in our lanai and we had to cut the screen. We had heard so many great recommendations for Rescreen Rescue. They were the first place we called. Justin called us within a day and was there within a few days to replace our screen and our screen door. Cleaned up after and did an excellent job. The new screen and door look so good!! I would highly recommend Justin and his team at Rescreen Rescue!! A+++ Service.

I will be recommending Screen Rescue, to Everyone! A friend of mine recommended them to me and I called, the receptionist was super nice and put me on the schedule for Monday morning. Monday morning I get a text from Justin letting me know he was on his way! Justin made me feel comfortable with the choices I was making that was best for our family and dogs. I highly recommend them. They are quick, clean up after themselves, and fairly priced. I would choose them over everyone again.

Rescreen Rescue was awesome from start to finish. We bought a fixer uppper and the Lanai was a mess. The home inspection company Recommended that we replace the Lanai, but we are so glad we called Rescreen Rescue. The quote took about fifteen minutes, and the work took about half a day, and the results were way more than we were expecting.

Rescreen Rescue did a terrific job replacing our existing lanai enclosure. Kudos to Gilbert and Kevin for top-knotch craftsmanship resulting in a perfect job right down to the cleanup! I picked this company from several that bid the work. Their price was not the lowest but was certainly reasonable and I was impressed with owner Justin's business manner, organization and timeliness from the first meeting. And much praise to Holly in the office for pleasantly and efficiently handling communications and the scheduling that I needed to be changed. It's a great feeling to have picked the perfect contractor for my project! I highly recommend!

The guys showed up on time and did what they said they would do. was a very small job. But I'd use them again for bigger things.

Justin was fantastic. I have tried to get ahold of several guys to do the job and never heard back. Justin replied immediately, schedules an estimate that week and the next week replaced my screen so communication was great. He was efficient and professional. Made my patio look 100x better. Justin contacted me 24 hours before to confirm my appointment. He showed up at the time he promised and was finished in 30 minutes. He went above and beyond - even helped me to better secure my screen door. I had gotten multiple quotes from other companies, so when he told me the price I was amazed at hoe much better it was than everyone else. Even confirmed it twice. I will definitely be calling them back when I'm ready to replace more screens.

Excellent! Rescreen Rescue came and deconstructed our back porch enclosure so that it opened up to the rest of our pool deck. Excellent customer service, extremely fair pricing, and locally owned. Couldn’t ask for a better business!

4 men showed up at 7:50 this morning, and worked the entire day, until almost 5 PM. MY birdcage is very large, as my pool is large, and the work looks very professional. Would use this company again to rescreen my windows, if needed.

The team was so easy to work with and very professional. They got us on the schedule, showed up on time and communicated well. The screen looks brand new now. I would definitely hire them again!

Holly answered my call and was extremely helpful and informative. She had Justin come out the very next day and stated it would only take about 10-15 minutes for the repair. I had another company come out the day prior whom quoted a 3 hr job and $120 which was clearly a dishonest quote. I will hire Justin for any future screen repairs and the likes.

Rescreen Rescue is a great company! They put installed a beautiful screen enclosure at my home. The work was superior to other company’s I’d used in the past. The employees were wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. They gave me options of how I wanted the enclosure to be installed. All around wonderful company.

Justin is thorough and did a great job. He is also very reasonably priced.

These guys are the best, they have not only done my screens but my aunts house and several of my friends. First off, they showed up when they said they would, which is rare with other companies. Communication was great and they made sure all my questions were answered and usually had the answers before I asked them. Their prices are very competitive and compared to the work quality and the customer care I received, the cost was a bargain. I am very very happy with all they have done and would highly recommend them.
