Description of Work: I bought a used refrigerator from them in December. It quit working the first week in April. They came out the day after I called them, couldn't fix it. Came back with the owner two days later. Couldnt fix it. Brought me a loaner put it downstairs in garage as I live in a stilt house. I loaded what was still frozen throwing the rest away. That fridge quit working. They unloaded it and got it running again and said they had to order a part and it should be here in two days. I never heard back from them....5 days later I finally got ahold of one them and he said they might have to send them one of the repairman back to figure out what part they were going to order. I still didn't hear from him so I finally went back in and said I needed some communication and ask what's going on. Long story short after several parts and a month over a month later I am sitting here with two broken refrigerators in my house. I went yesterday and bought a new refrigerator and it is going to be delivered later this afternoon. Stay away from this place these people do not know what they're doing .

 + -1 moreI called and spoke with Marti on Friday, describing the necessary repairs. She advised me that the service charge to come to my house to work on two AC wall units would be $75.00. I was told that Randy would call me Monday morning to let me know what time he would arrive. I did not receive a call so called and spoke with Marti just before noon Monday. She said he wouldn't be coming today but he would let her know when he could fit me in and she would call me with the day and time. She also told me that there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for the 2nd. unit plus parts and labor. The service charge just to come to my house is $125.00. I realized how non-competitive the price was after contacting other providers on Angie's List. I now have an appointment day and time with another company who charges $50.00 service charge.

 + -1 moreThe Fridge was badly scratched on one side and a freezer shelf was missing. The scratch was obscured in the shop. We did not notice it until it was delivered. We told the delivery man we'd accept it but we needed Randy's to provide us teh freezer shelf. We went back to the shop several times and made multiple phone calls. We were told the owner would call us, he never did. We were told we had a 30 day warranty. When we finally said "take it back and refund our money" we were told they would not do that. They did get us a shelf but it did not fit. When we returned the shelf, they refused to find us a proper shelf. Randy's is a horrible place to do business with. They do not keep their word, sell shoddy merchandise and then stonewall you when you ask for satisfaction. Avoid this business

Description of Work: My AC was overheating, but when it was tested, everything was okay and I was just charged for the visit. I have used them for years. The service has been great and the pricing has been very fair.

Description of Work: It took him only 1/2 hr to replace my wall a/c unit with a new one. I was very satisfied (and cool) He took the old unit away, and left everything clean and neat!
