The job was completed with excellent quality and workmanship. My only issue was that I ordered the window in August and did not get them installed until January. They reported that it was a manufacturer and issues with reopening of the factory. I had a problem believing that and eventually got in contact with the factory and learned that indeed was the issue. i then felt better about the issues with the timeline.

They were great! There were two technicians and one started on the windows while the other started on the shower glass. They worked at a steady pace and were very neat and professional. We plan on using them again on installing our two front windows also. I would recommend then to anyone!

I am extremely happy with the service i received from Quality Glass Specialties. I needed a custom sized mirror and they turned around my order in 24 hours. The quote was immediate and the ordering process was hassle free. I did not have them install the mirror for me, but they did answer all my and quot;how-toand quot; questions andhelped me complete my project. I will definately be calling again for any glass needs in the future.

I called and reached them to ask for a quote. They told me to take pictures and measurements, email them and they would call me with a quote. It's been almost a month and I have not received a response. I emailed again and left 2 voicemail messages with no response. Not sure what happened but will use another company.

They were reasonably priced and completed the job very fast. They did a good job and seemed professional. They came as scheduled and cleaned up themselves. They worked with me in getting the job done according to my schedule. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

He came on two occasions. The first time was on an emergency basis as my window wouldn't shut. It was an enormous favor and he was able to get it closed. He then came-back out to install the new window once it arrived. The price was very reasonable. They were extremely friendly, personable, and accommodating. Vicki, the receptionist was excellent to deal with and scheduled me right away.

He did the work very quickly. He was very cheap and was very friendly. He did very good quality work. They came out the same day we called as we needed it changed that day.

I liked the quality of product and installation.
