The first time I went there I was greeted by a young man who was very personable and very nice.I explained my situation and ask him to show me several different refrigerators within the price range. I knew these were obviously used refrigerators. I saw one that was outside of the building that had just been delivered to be fixed up for resale. It was exactly what I needed and I told the young man that. he told me that they got in several units daily and that that one would probably be available by the next day or soon thereafter and that if I wanted I should come back the next day and check in with them which I did. I offered to put down a deposit but ended up not doing so.I went back the very next day at 11 a.m. And the unit was there but was already sold. I asked the same young man when it had been sold and he said earlier that morning. I was a bit upset because I had offered to put a deposit to hold it but was told not to, to just come back and by that time the unit that I really wanted was gone. I looked around and didn't find anything. he told me the best thing to do would be to keep coming back as they turn their inventory over very quickly. I stopped back 4 more times...each time the reception was less and less cordial and was getting less and less attention. |During this time I did some research and found a 10 percent coupon from this company online. The last time I was there I mentioned this to the owner who got immediately very nasty and told me that the coupon was no longer valid and had not been for a very long time. He told me I must have looked it up a long time ago. I had taking a screenshot of it with the date on my phone and offer to show it to him that it was still available online as of that day. He then referred me to his wife who told me I must have downloaded it a long time ago as well and was very nasty about it. I was appalled here I was ready to spend $1000 on a refrigerator based on recommendations from people that I knew and these people argue with me about a coupon and told me that I must have seen the coupon a long time ago. This was absurd as I have a screenshot on my phone to show them. I finally walked out for the last time and told them they would not be getting my business. I ended up going to Sears scratch and dent where I was treated with respect I was able to purchase a new albeit dented refrigerator for $500. |I would not recommend this company.
