Repair person came in the morning as scheduled, replaced and installed. Made Invoice and took payment after job was completed.

Karl did a great job for a great price. Provided exact costs prior to work and gave Angie's List discount as advertised. Very professional and efficient, and answered all of my many questions.

Overall, I was very satisfied with this service. He was accommodating and easy to work with. He was professional and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend him to others.

We thought we had to replace the whole lock but he recommended a lesser degree of work for less money. He showed us that the lock was just missing a clip.

Fantastic! He was here for around 3-4 hours rekeying close to 2 dozen locks and did a outstanding job. Helped by commenting on some security questions, also.

We had just moved into our new home and needed some deadbolt locks installed and the existing locks rekeyed, so that we would only need one key for all the locks. Mr. Hooper explained what needed to be done and the cost to have it done. He very efficiently completed the work and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and polite.

Lock was installed GREAT but could not make the proximity cards work. Was very nervous about money and hounded me the next day even though I told him I'd be back in 24 hours from a business trip, and even though he has done work for me in the past.

We implicitly trusted the gentleman who, in turn, was honest in his judgment of the work to be done. We were amazed at the reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them.

I called Pro-Lock at 7 am and left a message on voicemail. Karl called back within 15 minutes, and was at my house within an hour. He rekeyed 5 doors to a new single key and 2 other doors to a separate key, and made several copies of the keys. Karl responded quickly and did his job. He was professional, but he did his work with a smile. He was in and out of the house in under an hour and a half. He also made some helpful suggestions for better security. I would call Karl again without hesitation.

We thought they would have to re-key it, but they only have to fix it. He was late, but he did call ahead.

HE MADE A MOBILE CALL AND THE CHARGE WAS GREAT! HE WAS LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE. HE WAS ON TIME AND WAS DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR!
