Description of Work: Etched old paint off of the floor, then applied an epoxy type brown colored coating, then applied a color coordinated flake coating.

Description of Work: We first had 2 sets of overhead racks and one cabinet installed in February and we were so satisfied we had Mike come back out and give us another quote on an additonal cabinet unit. We then had the 2nd unit installed on March 22nd.

Description of Work: Park Place built cabinets for our garage, as well as a ceiling rack. It took them one day. They were pros!!!!!! The cabinets are of fine quality, sturdy and space efficient. They were courteous. The owner, Chris, made us feel comfortable and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the job. He was honest and trustworthy. We may want to add some storage space in the future. If we do, Park Place will be the one we call on.

Description of Work: Exact date is an estimate. I'm finally getting around to logging the review. He was able to accommodate a Saturday estimate, and was very personable. He took his time to explain how the racks were constructed & installed, how much added storage they'd provide and he worked with us to find the best layout for the storage racks. Once we decided to get the racks, he was flexible on the installation date. He did describe other garage storage options available but we didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything other than what we had intended.

Description of Work: Company installed overhead storage racks in the garage. The racks were securely installed and allowed me to get the "junk" off the garage floor. It made a tremendous difference and I'm glad I did it.

Description of Work: I had two men, Todd Felix and Mike Smith, from the above named company, arrive at my house about 0845 01AUG11 to install garage cabinets. They were scheduled to arrive between 0900 and 1000, so, I knew we were off to a good start. They were to install one single door cabinet, 7'hX2'wX2'd, to the right end of my work bench, a 7'hX4'wX2'd double door cabinet to the left end of my work bench and these were connected across the top by a 2'hX6'wX1'd 3 door cabinet, forming an upside-down U. These cabinets are made of 1 inch pressed wood coated, with sealed edges and corners, of white thermo-fused melamine inside and, I chose the light tan of the same material for the outside. Just BEAUTIFUL! These two men, that did the work, were amazing! It had to be, AT LEAST, 95 in my garage! But when they walked in the garage, they visually surveyed the mounting area and then went back to their truck and started 'hauling'. The first thing they did was bring some large sheets of cardboard in and on the driveway and then they began unloading the cabinet parts to there to avoid damage. They did some measuring, marking spots and assembling the cabinets on the cardboard, After the first cabinet was assembled, it was mounted to the proper place with on the wall with a 'level' used on more sides and top than I knew the cabinet had. It was mounted straight and level. Then the cabinet was mounted on the other end of the work bench in the same manner with the same resultd...level and square. Now my curiosity rose. Would that center section fit properly???? Like a glove! Then they cut small holes in the sides of the one cabinet so that I could pass electrical plugs through to the sockets that were removed from the wall and mounted inside the cabinet. Then they cleaned up the area and off they went, about 1600. I have nothing negative to say about this produc, company or the men doing the work. It was worth what I paid.

Description of Work: The owner was extremly helpful during the estimate, suggesting different ways to get the most out of our garage space. He listened to our concerns and offered more ideas. The estimate and the install were done on a Sat to save us from having to take off work. We agreed on 2 4x6 SafeRacks overhead steel storage racks.

Description of Work: Park Place prepared and finished the garage floor. They also added cabinets and wall hangers.
