+ -1 moreI called about 9 am about a bathroom tub faucet leak. He said he was going to be in our neighborhood and would be there before noon. He arrived about 11 am. After the repair, he told us that faucet packing had been leaking and instead of draining into the tub it was draining back toward the wall. This made sense as the carpet on the other side of the wall was damp sometimes. He said that he corrected that problem. He said that even though the faucet was very old the manufacturer was probably the only one the supplied a washer-less insert. He even told me were to purchase the kit if I wanted to do it myself. I thought that was great that he wasn’t trying to sell me more services.

Description of Work: I had a leak coming from the faucet that supplies water to the washing machine, ice machine and refrigerator. He took the whole faucet apart and installed a shut off valve for the ice maker and washer.
