+ -1 moreI was unhappy with the layout because I felt that they should have been a bigger cabinet on the one wall and so I got to call and text the company. On the next business day, the manager of the store called me and said that he didn't want me to be unhappy with my purchased and what could it take to make me happy and I told him, and then they ordered me a bigger cabinet. The half shelf they made it a whole shelf for me, they replaced the cabinet that I thought it was damaged with no cost. They even called and follow up to make sure that I was happy. I got good quality for the price.
Description of Work: I purchased a cabinet for my kitchen in Lowe's - Pinellas Park.

+ -1 moreThey put me behind schedule. We finally got the fence but the service was an F. We picked the highest price one, but the price was fine and comparable. The original quality was low. The manager came out, and to his defense, he was clueless as to what the boneheads were doing so there was some professionalism. He handled it better than the other ones did. I returned some other items I bought from Lowe's because I couldn't support them. I had a really bad experience and they had several opportunities to step up and they didn't. Not until the final manager stepped in and he was clueless as to what was going on. He has to clean house basically but he made it right.
Description of Work: I had some fencing done with Lowe's. They ordered fence and they were supposed to bring it in. It was supposed to be in a box, and it wasn't, it was a big production. We were wondering why we bought it if they didn't sell it. They finally got it in and it was horrendous. The delivery took much longer than it was supposed to. When the neighbors have big dogs and I have a dog, the fence is important. When we got it in, the fence was absolutely terrible. Their solution was to bring in the boards and replace them. That was a big no-no and I wanted them to come out and fix it. They came and looked at it and asked for the man of the house. I was displeased when I was asked that. I told them that they would be talking to me. They sent the delivery guy out and he couldn't do anything about it. It's not fair to him. We called corporate and, of course, it fell downhill. They sent somebody out and he wasn't the store manager. It was the manager of the tools department and it wasn't even the manager of the department I was complaining about. I told him they needed to send the store manager out. The manager finally came out and they literally had to take down and replace 80% of the slabs of wood. He was just going to bring them and lay them down. I told them they were going to take them down, let me look at each board, and then put them back up. He got me a discount and they charged me for delivery on the second one. I told them they were not going to do that, they were going to give me a discount, and they were going to not charge me for the original delivery charge.
