+ -1 moreContacted John's Key shop this morning and he was able to come out within thirty minutes. He evaluated the work, obtained his tools (in the rain), and covered the work area with a tarp before starting to drill. He was very friendly and professional. The area was relatively clean upon completion with a very reasonable cost. FYI - if the lever handles are not positioned correctly refer to paperwork for changing process. We were able to change the levers from the curve being down to the curve being up - much easier to access.
Description of Work: Enlarged holes in door and frame for a new deadlock (deadbolt) plus installed the deadlock and entry lock set.

He took the time to find the exact problem and repair just that not replace (and charge me for ) an entire mechanism. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain why my door lock failed and what he was going to do to fix it. I also like the fact that he is a small business not some chain. NOTE: Business location moved to 5000 park blvd suite 4.
Description of Work: Took apart drivers side door, removed door lock mechanism and rebuilt it. Everything is right a rain now.

Description of Work: Installed new deadbolt on main entry doors. Arrived within one hour of calling, did not charge extra for Saturday work and the overall experience was perfect. Drilled to enlarge the holes for new lock, installed and made sure everthing was working. Professional, courteous, and capable.
