Description of Work: He was going to make vanities in the bathroom. We gave him $1,000 at the end of the year to begin work. We decided on Feb. 28 as date to begin and never heard form him. He finally called and we set up for April 16. he didnt show up. Last Friday he showed up with a shell of the vanity. It took him 10 days to get it done. We think he is stringing us along. Last time he came and talked for two hours without working.
