Technician was 15 minutes early. Assessed the job with my husband. Got right to work! He was EXTREMELY efficient and refreshingly polite. He was in and out in just a few minutes. Very very happy with this company. I will recommend them.

We called them to do a termite inspection on a house i am purchasing. They were very professional and very detailed in their inspection. James was very courteous, And even took the time to point out a roof issue he found while in the attic. I would certainly use them again! Had a great experience

I know the business was family owned, but he didn't do a full job, as he only did open areas. The last time he was there, we had no problem with bugs until the day after he came.

I have no record of treating your house for that time frame. Last service we have recorded is for Jan 2010 for 30.00 I have no record of a 35.00 service call. Also--if we did service (which I don't think we did) why not call and tell us about it? Check your receipt and see if the name is the same--there is another company with a close name as ours. We also have treated that address prior to Jan 2010 at least twice.

I've been using them for close to 30 years now. It's a family owned business. When I first got my house sprayed, the father was the owner of the house, and now his son has taken over. I had a problem with a squirrel that had gotten into my chimney and died in there. The smell was atrocious and we actually had to move out for a few weeks. They came and sprayed an odor disinfectant. I will continue to use their service in the future.
