I spoke with Jim on Tuesday, May 30th to set up brand new monthly lawn mowing service as my old provider was leaving the area. The first mowing was Monday May 6th. I had called him the day before to ask him to also please remove a pile branches/leaves in the back yard when he was done mowing. He never returned my call from the day before, but did come in the afternoon and mowed the front lawn. I was not home when he came but my sitter was at my house all day and says she heard no mower back there, plus the piles of yard debris were left in place and the grass was still tall. Had I not called Jim this morning (the day after the mowing) and left him another message and asking him again to please call me back - I'm not sure he would have even returned my call. The part of not returning my call is semi okay, (I know people get busy and things fall behind), but it was his eventual call back to me this morning that was BEYOND unprofessional. I picked up the phone and he immediately and was rudely greeted with and quot;YOURand quot;E CALLING ME A LIAR?! WE'RE DONE!and quot; and hung up the phone on me. I couldn't believe it. WOW. As we all know, the professional response would have been to call the customer back and say something and quot;I understand that you have a concern about the back yard and piles of debris? Let's go over this together,and quot; or and quot;Let's see what happened,and quot; or something like that. My fiance' has his own contracting company and I know first hand that a decent and professional company run by a level headed owner-operator would NEVER talk to customers in such a rude, hot-tempered and disrespectful way. Definitely would not recommend.

I have used Earthwise lawn for six years. Jim and his team are professional, punctual and responsive whenever I call. They are reliable and I highly recommend this great company.

Jim provides excellent service cutting & edging lawn. Goes that extra mile & bags leaves in the winter. Offers advice on lawn care. Been a customer over 14 years. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I've had 2 other lawn care providers before Jim Clements and he is far superior than the prior providers. He understands Florida lawns and knows best how to manage healthy growth. My lawn has never looked better. It is perfectly manacured all year round. He is punctual, has had the same crew for the 3 years that I have used him, and is fair with his rates. I hope I never have to search for another lawn maintainance provider for the rest of my time here.
