+ -1 moreThe method is foam extraction and it doesn't leave the carpet as wet but it gets it just as clean. They are punctual and they have all of the good qualities that I require.
Description of Work: I have been using Designer Carpet Cleaning for several years. I have them come out about twice a year because my apartment has off-white carpet.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD. I HAVE HIRED THEM TWICE THIS YEAR, AND I AM GOING TO HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PROMPT. THEY DON'T WASTE ANY TIME. THEY GET IN AND GET OUT. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY WERE CLEANING THE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. THEY DID THREE BEDROOMS, A DINING AREA, A LIVING ROOM, AND THE BACK PORCH.

Description of Work: They did a great job on the carpet and very nice and polite people. They said that he said he couldnt clean the upholstery, because the tag said "Unknown Fibers", and he didnt know if his chemicals would damage the material. I told him to test on cushion and if it did damage, it wouldnt matter, because we could just flip the cushion, but he refused to do it. I thought that this was good company ethics and they were not going to do any damage to my property. Its great to know that there are still companies out there with morals.
