Very well. Brad & his crew did a fabulous job, & I couldn't be happier with the final result. I have recommended him to a friend when she is ready to start.

Brad showed up on time for an estimate, listened to what I needed, and thoroughly inspected my electrical system. He gave me a good price estimate, which was off by only $50 once the work was completed. He never tried to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. Date of service is approximate as I cannot locate my receipt.

The services were completed. Although one of the ceilings they installed is wobbling. Brad is aware of this.

Brad and his crew were excellent, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and spot on in rewiring my home. I was in a panic when I discovered I needed to retire the entire house and bring it up to code. Brad took care of everything, from a new electric panel and meter box to new outlets and switches everywhere. He made excellent suggestions, such as installing some ceiling fans, and a particular kitchen light that has made a significant difference in the appearance and energy efficiency of my home. They also installed hard-wired smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector. The work crew was the most hard working I have ever seen. They respected my home by cleaning up every day, even vacuuming and taking away any empty boxes etc . They were very careful about using tarps and moving their ladders and equipment through the house so nothing was scratched or damaged. My home is now safe, up to code, more energy efficient, and well lighted. At the conclusion of the job, Brad and his crew touched up interior and exterior paint, where needed. These guys are not only skilled electricians, they are craftsmen. I highly recommend DSM Electric and would use only them for any future electrical work.

Brad answered my call and was very accommodating in rearranging this schedule to come by and take a look at our problem right away. As it turns out, the problem was a tripped breaker (DOH!) which he resolved quickly AT NO CHARGE. This is the kind of service you always hope for, but seldom receive. Thanks, Brad. I'll definitely call DSM Electric for my future needs.

I called Brad this morning and he gave me a couple of suggestions over the phone. He told me to try them and if that didn't work, then call him back and he would come out to the house.He was very Professional and helpful! He ended up having to come out to my house and found the problem right away. It was just a flip of the breaker! He was very nice and did NOT even charge me! Now that is Service! Thank you so much Brad! I will definitely use DMS Electric again!!!!!

Electricians were punctual and professional. Work was good quality. City inspection passed. Quote/estimate business process needs to improve. Provide customers with written job estimates and terms and conditions. Based on the final receipt I received after paying they have the proper forms to do this. If they followed this process I would have rated their professionalism an "A" instead of the "B". This process protects them as well as the customer as it is hard to dispute if it is in black and white.

Perfectly, in and out within one hour. Scheduled work for same day as requested.

Everything started out very well. They showed up on time and worked diligently. On the last day they told me that everything was finished and had been inspected by the city and passed and wanted to be paid. I paid them immediately and they left. While the work was progressing the electric was turned off so I could not check anything until after they left. Upon inspection I found that an existing switch next to the outside entrance door to the lower workshop area had been removed and plastered over and not replaced. Upon finding this, I immediately called them to fix it. Their response was that the switch was not working so it was not replaced. About 20% of the electric in the house was not working yet they replaced all of them. Then they said I did not use that outside entrance door so I didn't need it. Absolutely ridiculous answers. So I then called the city permit office and they said that ALL exterior doors must have an entrance light source. Apparently the city inspector missed this. I called them every other day for TWO weeks and never got a single response. They knew I needed to get the house on the market to sell but never ever called back. I finally got someone else to put in the light switch. This company certainly started out with high hopes, seemed to know what they were doing but in the end I was extremely disappointed. I would highly recommend that NO ONE ever use this company. I certainly will not! **UPDATE** 01/24/2017 REBUTTAL: Most of what Brad the owner, replied could not be further from the truth. He is right that I asked for a three way switch but that was before I realized that it originally was only a single switch. The last person I talked to was his installer, never talked to Brad. The last words from his installer was and I quote, " I will call you right back". That was the last time I ever heard from DSM. I never ever said I would call back to set up an appointment! I called his office every other day for two weeks and always talked to Michelle but never ever received a call back from anyone. The switch in question was absolutely connected to two of the lights in the workshop. After they finished and I discovered the plastered over switch, I chiseled out the plaster and the original old wires were still there, never removed. I cannot believe that DSM would make up such stories and give such a dishonest reply to my review!

I previously posted a review after DSM came and did a thorough examination of my house, but then never sent an estimate. After I first called, they requested my email again. The second time I called, they said the guy was behind on estimates but I would get it in a day or two, but I did not. I asdumed they were not interested in the job, and posted s review that said they never sent an estimate. Today I received a call from DSM saying that they had sent an estimate, but didn't follow up because they assumed I had decided to go with someone else. They said that the guy probably wrote the email down wrong. So -- to give them the benefit of the doubt, I'm re-posting that they say they did send the estimate and it mistakenly did not arrive.

Will hire if seller accepts bid. Otherwise will hire for other work after closing on house. They were very professional, responsive, friendly, and honest.

At first Michelle and Brad were very accommodating. Brad provided Estimate and Michelle did follow up. I had another estimate come in and it was several hundred dollars lower. Since Michelle and Brad had been responsive, I wanted to give them an opportunity to help me understand the price difference. I sent an email with the request, they responded to call Brad on his cell. This is where everything fell apart. Apparently Brad was having a bad day and he totally took it out on me. I had to ask him several times to calm down and eventually he just told me to take my business elsewhere. I was flabbergasted! This was a $1700 project, and apparently I'm not allowed to ask questions? Michelle was very courteous and apologetic, but the damage was done. I didn't deserve to be spoken to with a nasty demeanor. I explained I no longer was interested in in hiring them, and would leave a fair and honest review. It's a shame Brad has a temper, as I was about 80% sure I would have hired them at the higher price if I could have better understood the parameters of the project (compare apples to apples).

Excellent. They did the job for $550 and did a great job quickly and efficiently. Another competitor quoted a price of $4,000, which about blew me away.

I choose DSM Electric based on the reviews that I read here on Angie's List. I did not mention that I was an Angie's list member at the time of service. I can honestly say that Brad and Justin exceeded my expectations. I needed to have have an electrical outlet installed which, due to its location, necessitated cutting a hole in the drywall. Brad actually patched and speckled the hole and cleaned up the area. They were polite, professional and respective of our home. I will definitely be using DSM Electric again.

Work was never performed because the electrician never showed up or even called. I had to initiate all phone calls and still no services performed or even one call back.

Had three wall sockets and overhead light on a circuit that also included an outside line that was shorted... Concluded that buried external line was shorting... Changed wall switch to dual plug outlet and eliminated external line... Circuit fixed and all wall outlets and light work... Will definitely use DSM again...

The workers arrived on time and were extremely proficient. Kept the area very clean, took all the trash with them- an absolute delight. Both guys were extremely professional. We had them remove the fluorescent lights out of our kitchen and replace them with 5 recess lights. The lights turned out better than I expected. I will definitely use them in the future for my electrical needs!

The service provider arrived on time . The work was performed quickly . They found and repaired outlets which had been damaged or were not working properly . The work was performed in a professional manner . The workers were polite , friendly and competent. The price was reasonable for the work performed.

All aspects of the job went great. Brad came to the house, spoke directly with me and made various suggestions and recommendations. Brad came and gave me an estimate for the work I wanted done. Within a few days two of his employee's where here doing the work,they installed the breaker panel with a surge protector. They installed 3 ceiling fans, and changed some outlets and switches.. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess they were very respectful of my property. They were professional, friendly and had the work completed within 2 days. I found this company to be honest , dependable and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
