Work was excellent on both but the employee did crack a tile putting in the hot water heater and did not say anything to me. When l noticed it l called the office and they took care of it that day. I was very satisfied with the way it was handled. Very professionally. I would hire them again with no problem!!!

Installed new flapper assembly which leaked. Came back to assess with dye but "didn't see" a leak. Has continued to leak and now they want to charge another service fee.

My house flooded, I have mold, and they were very also rude and not punctual. They came and gave me the price and then came to do the installation the next day since my house was 90 degrees. I asked for a discount for being on Angie's List, and he said they would not give me the discount for being on Angie's List because they do not want to go through Angie's List. There were a few things they said they would need to do. When I called them on Monday to see when they'd come back and finish, they advised they were too busy and to call in Wednesday. On Wednesday I called and they still did not show up. May 16th the angler flooded in the garage in the drain. For 16 days the water was running inside the walls. They removed all the wet stuff that was dripping water. I asked them to please not replace it until the area dries out. They said, "oh you know better than the professionals"? They came in and replaced it without drying the area first, and so now I have mold. I had to pay $450 for a mold remediation specialist.

It went great, it was all done in a timely manner.

Charged $100 to show up with a $50 credit on the next. Wasn't a deal, other companies charge only $39-$49. to come out. They charge way too much.

Sang, the owner came a couple of weeks ago and did an evaluation of our needs. He was excellent and arrived on time. Very knowledgeable about our issues and give us recommendations on toilet etc. The toilet fit great and had a similar foot print so it looks great. Our toilet was 65 years old so you can imagine the work that needed to be done would take a plumber with lots of experience. Tom did the actual work and we were pleased. He arrived on time, went over the work that we needed to be done. Tom was very neat and clean and had respect for our home. He wore shoe covers and when the work was done cleaned up.Tom took his time and did not rush through the work. He was at our home for about 4 hours due to the older fixtures etc. He communicated with us frequently so we knew status. Sang is coming over this week to go over a couple of issues that we need to discuss. We had experience with other plumbers before and they never met our high expectations. Cornerstone Plumbing is a keeper.

Mike & Tony arrived at appointed time; repaird and replaced as noted. very congenial and nice gentlemen. I've used them in the past, and they do honor their 30day guarantee.

Cornerstone did a great job on a complex plumbing project in an older house. I recommend to anyone. Punctual, friendly, first class! Also reasonably priced.
