They were on time, and worked throughout the time specified. Finished up earlier than predicted. Had to order some extra pieces due to floor being uneven, but were back within 10 days to complete the work

Sales, design, material quality and installation all first rate, but expensive. Would recommend but after shopping around for price.

We couldn't be happier! Custom master closets have always been something my husband and I wanted but didn't think affordable. Closets by Design proved us wrong. Making an appointment was easy. The quote was affordable. Our designer, Jo Beth, was courteous, patient and a wealth of knowledge and ideas. Come installation day, the crew was also right on time and tidy. They also finished the job ahead of schedule. It's been a year and the materials look and function great! Plus, you can't beat a lifetime warranty! We would definitely use them again for other closet or building projects around the house!

Had some issues but the installers came back out and took care of everything. Everything looks very nice.

Laura Founds was our designer, she was awesome! very professional, very knowledgeable. No rush or pressure on the sale. She even came out a second time to make sure we were clear, and comfortable with our choices. I would highly recommend this company, and if your re lucky to get Laura as a designer, you are in good hands. Better yet if you are reading this review request her as a designer....

Pam Shofner came to my house om 8/8 /2014 about 10.00 a.m. We immediately connected and my time with her was mist enjoyable. She was very professional and fun at the same time. After looking through my closet which by the way was a nightmare, she measured everything and we sat down together to create the design. Pam has a great eye for design and I enjoyed watching her magic. Pretty soon I had a new closet ready to be made and installed. We had a few good laughs and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The installers showed up a few minutes early! I was so happy. They got right to work and about 2 hours later I had a new closet. I am very happy with Closets by Design.

The designer spent time site listening to us and discussed options with us before designing the closets. She provided exactly what we needed and the price was less than the major competitor. The closets were installed on time and the installers were quick and professional, even cleaning up before leaving.

I set up my consultation for 1:00, for closets on a new house construction The office called twice asking to move the appointment time back. That was not a problem. The saleswoman arrived with a lot of samples of what the company offers. I am in need of a master walk-in closet and two other closets. The appointment took about an hour and by the end I had made my decision on what I wanted. She let me know her policy is to set up another appointment to go over the estimate. I said no problem but I was in need of the estimate as soon as possible. My contractor was putting together the last of the budget. It is now July 27 (16 days), and I have heard nothing.

Their promptness and their professionalism and their price are very good. It was just pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again. The sales person Deb he was very good.

They showed up when promised. Installation went easy and quick and installer answered all my questions.

I was contacted very quickly by their staff to provide the estimate- great materials to reference the product and all details and options were provided- including warranty information. Product was made and delivery date arranged- we needed to change the delivery date later and staff were accomodating and helpful. The workers arrived timely to install and the product looks great!

Very professional process from design to completion. Completed on timeline established at design. Will use them in the future when we go ahead with garage and storage closet upgrade.

The first appointment there was a mess-up and the provider didn't show up. They have contacted me several times to make up for their mistake. The work we wanted done was given to another provider, but we decided to have an additional closet installed after our initial work was done. They have apologized for the mistake and have given us a great price to make up for the missed appointment. We have agreed to let them do the job. I guess anyone can make a mistake. This is being posted after the job was completed. I will say that this company went out of their way to make up for their mistake. They arrived promptly, installed the shelving for the closet quickly and neatly, and all work looks great. The installers were very professional. Again, they made a mistake but have done everything they could to make up for it.

tBefore I moved into my condo I wanted my closet built in. They met with me promptly and built out the closet to my specifications. I gave them pictures of my closet in my home and the dimensions of the new closet. Suggestions were made and it was ready when I moved in. A Mirror was removed and shoe shelves were installed. After I moved in I realized I did not need long hanging but need more double hanging and the appropriate rod was put in place. I also needed more drawers and installers came out and put those in. They had to come back a couple of times as one of the drawers did not fit and they needed to remove the unit and rebuild the drawer. Everything was finally done to my specifications.

Every one was really nice, it was a good experience. I don't have any complaints. I am happy. I would recommend them.

Super well for once!. Rep was friendly and started with basic, did not push her upgrades until I inquired. Provided plans and crew was on time, build perfectly, no scratch, no piece missing, cleaned up after themselves. Polite . I did not have to fight with anyone which is so rare in this area. I would recommend anytime and reuse anytime.

We got quotes from several different companies. Closets by design was the only one that could redesign the space without losing hanging space and adding shelf storage. They took the time to explain what/why they were doing things and gave us valuable savings options, even when it meant they would not make as much. After installation there were some minor problems that they quickly addressed. We will definitely use them again for additional modifications.

The design consultant was amazing. She is a great salesperson, but she is also very experienced about design and layout. She had a ton of great ideas and also had an eye for interior design (colors and finishes) as well as organizational design/function. Overall, I am extremely happy with the result and the experience overall. The only drawback to this service is it is a bit pricey!

They arrived on time for the estimates. They spent quite a bit of time with me and went through all the things I wanted. She drew a design of the closet while she was sitting with me. The price was very comparable. At this time, I have decided not to go through with the project.

From the start to the end, flawless service. The designer came in, took measures and discussed our preferences. The service was completed as planned, no delays, no problems whatsoever. The installation team was clean and did a wonderful job. No complaints! I strongly recommend this company if you are planning a custom-made closet! Excellent job!
