Closets by design

Description of Work: I hired Closets By Design to install a pantry. I had multiple redesigns per my request due to fine tuning. The designer, Megan had great ideas and was patient with me. The scheduler was very nice and professional, Julia. The installers (Jeung and Garret) were prompt, friendly and quick. They left my kitchen clean. I would definitely recommend Closets by Design.

Description of Work: My wire shelf closet fell down and they built me a custom closet. Very happy with the results. I now have much more room and am now very organized.

Description of Work: I met with the designer and told her what bothered me about my closets. She asked a lot of questions and then measured. She sat down and drew designs while she was here. I let her know that I needed to think about it and possibly get other quotes, which I did. Her design was by far my top choice and the pricing was competitive. The installation crew came and installed the closet system and I love it!

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BUT WAS A LITTLE LATE BEING TOTALLY COMPLETED DUE TO A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS. THE COMPANY WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS AND WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

From the designer (Lori) to the installers sent to do the job (Anthony and Frankie) I was totally impressed with the companys work. There is only one concern and that is that its not cheap -- a very pricey project but one were sure to enjoy for many years. After a company estimated a home office addition of 8 by 14 would run $26,000, we turned to Closets by Design as another option and it was our best move yet.
