We called Robert and he set an appointment to come and see what the problem was. He showed up on time and after a short inspection of the chimney he diagnosed it as small cracks in the top of the chimney. He gave her a price to repair it and she agreed. He went up on the roof, calked where the cracks were and sealed the whole chimney. Very professional and efficient. She was very happy with the service and after Irma, still no leaks. Keep up the great work Robert!

I called around to many chimney sweepers in my area to get my dryer vent cleaned out. They were all the exact price but chose to go with him because he could be here the soonest. He arrived on time and did everything he said he was going to do. our dryer outlet is on the roof. He pulled everything out and showed me a picture of all the lint that was removed. It seems like he just left everything on the roof and the next day i had to get it all out of the pool and out of the bushes. It would have been nice if he had a way of disposing of all the lint rather than leave it on the roof and let it blow around the yard.

He was very personable, and was knowledgeable. He was efficient, and took care of everything. He inspected the chimney, and he gave me an inspection report.

TWO GENTLEMEN CAME WITH THEIR EQUIPMENT. ACCOMPLISHED THERE TASKS IN A CLEAN, EFFICIENT MANOR AND WERE VERY INTERESTING TO SPEAK WITH! ONE LAD ACCOMPLISHED MOST OF THE WORK WITH NOMINAL SUPERVISION, WHILE THE OWNER SUPERVISED AND CONDUCTED "P.R." THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN SHORT ORDER AND THEY WERE ON THERE WAY. IT GIVES ME SOME PEACE OF MIND TO KNOW THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CLEANED. AS A BONUS, THEY ADVISED I SHOULD APPLY WD 40 TO MY "CHAIN MAIL" SCREEN DURING THE OFF SEASON TO KEEP CORROSION DOWN!

He cancelled the first appointment about an hour before he was supposed to arrive. He said that he had car trouble and couldn't drive here. We rescheduled the appointment for a week later. When he didn't show for that second appointment, I called him. He said, and quot;Oh, I forgot to call and cancel. My car still isn't working.and quot; He did not sound sorry at all.

I made an appointment for the 28th...I took off work and he never showed up and never called.

Prompt and efficient. Did exactly what was needed with no attempt to oversell additional services that were not needed. Will eagerly call back for routine check and service.

It took them only 20 minutes to complete the job of cleaning my chimney. He did a great job of leaving a clean area. I would use him again.

We were very pleased with the work that Mr. Westerfield did on our chimney. We felt the price was excellent and he cleaned up after he was done so that you could not even tell he had been there. He also dressed in the traditional old fashioned chimney sweep costume which the kids really enjoyed.
