Description of Work: Major pool and spa remodel job. The pool deep end was filled in to create a walk everywhere pool, 2 old lights removed and 3 new led lights installed in new locations, old step heights changed, new steps added to old deep end, new skimmer installed. The spa bottom was filled in and raised a foot, steps were extended and a new step added, the overflow was doubled in width with a granite overflow slab added, and two jets were relocated. Both pool and spa received new child suction proof drains, and new tile around the waterline. All of the pool equipment was removed, a large concrete slab poured, and the equipment reinstalled on the slab with new pipes and valves. Both Pool and spa were coated with Pebbletec interiors. The roofline was altered slightly to eliminate a corner bend. Everything was done appropriately, permits were pulled, inspections passed, and the worksite was cleaned up.

+ 0 morePatio and the glass wall were done very well. Terrific results. Company was a bit difficult to communicate with, but a fairly minor issue. Prompt, courteous, professional. Good clean up after the project(s) were finished. Would use again and recommend their services.
Description of Work: Installed paver patio in the back yard and a glass wall in the bathroom.
