Description of Work: My tub was leaking; they fixed it asap and did the minimum (meaning they didn't stuff the bill). Charge was $250, which seems high for an hour and a half of work, but I'm pleased overall.

Description of Work: We purchased a new toilet and Besel was one of the contractors recommended. The firm was very responsive in setting up the time for the install and removal of the old toilet. The plumber set to our job was very personable and professional. (Booties over his shoes etc.) The overall experience was very good. I don't have a good feel for pricing , but it seemed on the high side.

Description of Work: Replace old rotted out cast iron serving 1st floor bathroom with PCV (40 feet from the house to the city main drain requested extensive work for many days). Redo the complete plumbing, replace toilets, shower valves and sink faucets.

 + -1 moreI have used Besel Plumbing for the last 8 years. I recently phoned them for an estimate to clean a sewage clog. They estimated the job would cost $400. I ended up using a different plumbing company, who charged me $140, were very friendly, and got job done quickly.

 + -1 moreWE ARE HAVING AN ADDITION PUT ON OUR HOUSE AND BESEL WILL BE DOING THE JOB AS A SUBCONTRACTOR THROUGH OUR GENERAL CONTRACTOR. BESEL GAVE THE BEST BID TO OUR GC AND WE ARE HAPPY TO HAVE THEM BACK. WILL RATE THEM AGAIN WHEN 2ND JOB IS COMPLETE.
Description of Work: WHILE REMODELING OUR BATHROOM, WE HAD BESEL MODIFY THE PLUMBING IN THE WALL FOR THE LAVATORY SINK FROM A SINGLE SUPPLY TO A DUAL SUPPLY INCLUDING WASTE LINES. TIM STAYED UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED EVEN THOUGH THE JOB LASTED LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED. THE COST WAS REASONABLE, BUT PERHAPS NOT GREAT, AS WE HAD OPENED UP THE WALLS TO EXPOSE THE PLUMBING OURSELVES. WE PAID FOR ROUGH PLUMBING ONLY AND COMPLETED THE HOOK-UPS TO THE NEW SINKS OURSELVES.
