ARTISTIC LAWNS

I called in May 2006 for an estimate on regular lawn maintenance. I left my name, phone number, address, and a request for an estimate for regular lawn maintenance. I didn`t received a return call. If they were too busy or weren't interested in the work they could have at least called to say so.

Following phone contact, someone was to come to my home to give a price for mowing the grass. A definite date was set ( Wed., 5/17/06). No one came and no one called with an explanation. I will not deal with a company that gives that kind of first impression.

RICHARD HAS BEEN VERY COMMUNICATIVE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS, RETURNING ALL PHONE CALLS, MAKING APPOINTMENTS, AND PERFORMING WORK WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL. I CALLED EVERY LAWN SERVICE ON ANGIE'S LIST WITH A GOOD RATING, AND HE WAS THE FIRST TO BE ABLE TO CUT MY LAWN AND DO THE CLEANUP. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WE'RE NOW GOING TO HIRE HIM AND HIS WIFE TO DO LANDSCAPING ON THE HOUSE. ALSO, DON'T LET THE NAME FOOL YOU. I HESITATED BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY SOUNDED EXPENSIVE, BUT HIS RATES ARE REASONABLE FOR THE LEVEL OF SERVICE. MY NEIGHBORS WANT TO HIRE HIM NOW.

This is a husband and wife team. Very responsive to our needs and reasonably priced.
