The contractor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient. They explained all they were doing. Their work ethic was impressive.

They were very polite and courteous when I called and let me know they would be here within the next 15 minutes. When they arrived, they knew they had serviced this unit before and had the history with them. They were also very knowledgable. They went right to work checking the unit and testing. Once they had completed their test they informed me of the problem and the cost before they started with the repair.

The first night in our new house, the AC went out. This was over the 4th of July weekend. Called Air Magic the next morning (Staurday), and they returned my call within an hour. The Friedmans met me at the house within another hour and said the problem was with the air handler. They presented me with several options and their associated costs. We chose to have the air handler replaced. They managed to find one compatible with our compressor and installed it the following Monday (two days later), the 5th of July. Air Magic answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. They didn't mind my watching them work - it was very educational! About a month later, the AC was not keeping up, so I called Air Magic for some advice. They came out the next morning and checked the system for refrigerant leaks. A small leak was found and quickly fixed - no charge. I highly recommend Air Magic!
