showed up as promised did his work swiftly and professionally and I would know I was an electrical contractor for 45 years and did over a billion dollars in volume.What counts is not the cost per hour but how much work gets done in that hour .Planning your work taking with you what you need without running back and forth wasting time and not getting any work done. this report is full of bad punctuation and grammar I confess I miss having a secretary since I retired. .

I had called two other electricians that were listed on Angie's List but did not get return calls. A G E returned my call promptly and scheduled quickly. Our serviceman arrived on time and was extremely polite and courteous. He performed the work quickly and expertly. They were to install two security lights outside and the serviceman was great in that he told me that the ones that I had bought at Lowes would not last long and gave me advice on which ones to buy for installation at a later date. I am sure that less ethical companies would have installed the lesser quality lights rather than lose the fee. I am very pleased with the work and think that the price was very reasonable and will definitely use them again.

I called, at first didn't get a call back for a day. Called a different number, the owner picked up. Said he was having medical difficulties and his younger partner wasn't used to fielding a lot of calls while he was in the field working. Apologized, Said other guy was booked for next three days, offered to come himself the next day. A half hour later called back, asked "if I would mind" if he came today instead. He would call when on the way. A half hour after that he called - would be there in a half hour. Right on time, he arrived. Checked the stove outlet: no power. Checked the electric panel, found a Half-house 75-amp breaker breaker that kept flipping when we turned on the water heater breaker. He left the water heater breaker off, and got power to the stove. We went back inside, checked the stove outlet - Power! - and hooked up the stove. Discovered that the outlets were out because when we had plugged in a hotplate it had tripped the GFIs and I hadn't reset them all (one was hidden under a multiple outlet plug. Informed me that by code I had only needed two of the three GFIs - I'd been overcharged. He was about to check the water heater to see what was up there, though he said I'd likely need to call a plumber to tell me that either he could replace the element or the whole water heater would need to be replaced, when I tried the stove burners. No power! Back out to the electric panel. The Half-house 75-amp breaker had tripped again. Apparently IT was defective. Let me know that the electric panel was antique, should really be replaced, but got it working, offering to give me an estimate on a new panel - no pressure, nice feeling. Stove now working, everything fine 6 hours later. No need to call plumber! Should he have caught that the first time around? I don't think so - his original diagnosis made sense to me too. But glad to get to the bottom of the problem while he was still here. Very much appreciated his coming out so we wouldn't have to wait until the other guy was available.Would definitely use him again, may well have him replace the electric panel. Clearly knows his stuff, worked methodically until he got things working.

My house was built in 1956 and the electrical system was outdated, faulty and not working correctly. Jerry came in and explained the situation and how to fix it. He answered all of my questions. He was able to rebuild my kitchen exhaust fan and the fan, heater and light in my master bathroom. I especially like my living room were he installed 14 LED recessed lights and two ceiling fans. Its wonderful. Jerry is very professional, prompt and reliable. I recomend him to all of my friends.

The repairman arrived on time and even called 1/2 hour before to remind me that he was coming. He found the source of the problem, fixed it and did a great job of cleaning-up afterwards. Hope I don't have any other electrical problems. But, if I do, A G E will be my first call. I have no reservations at all about recommending them to others.

I was remodeling a bathroom and wanted to add a light above the shower. I contacted them for an estimate and received a prompt response. The estimate occurred on time as promised. I was presented with different options and decided to go with an LED can light. At this time we scheduled a date and time for the service to be performed. The install was schedule for 9 AM but as of 10 AM I had not heard from the company. I called and reached voice mail, I left a message and received a call back in a few minutes letting me know someone would be there shortly. The electrician did show up within a half hour and did a great job installing the light. He was courteous and knew what he was doing. I feel that they did high quality work at a reasonable price, the fact that they showed up late without informing me that they would be late is the only reason that they did not receive all A ratings. I would utilize A.G.E again for my electrical needs.

Called AGE and they sent an electrician over to troubleshoot the problem. He went through both bedrooms and found a number of small but additive issues that created the problem. He fixed everything and reviewed the main panel to make sure all connections were tight. He was very efficient and explained everything he did. After everything was repaired I asked him to provide a quote to install fans in the two bedroom with attendant switching. Very happy with the companies work and we felt the price was fair.

Responded to message quickly. Able to come out that day. Fixed problem rather swiftly and reasonably priced. Will use again

The workers arrived on time, performed the work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have already called them for further work on this old house which has, shall we say, eccentric wiring. They did just as good a job the second time as the first. I will certainly continue calling them for any future electrical work. Thanks, guys!

My old house (built in 1925) still had the original knob and tube wiring in the attic for all of the lights and a few of the outlets. A G E did an excellent job replacing this wiring making my home much safer. Jerry is awesome. He is very personable, professional, and actually answers the phone when I call. I was also very impressed with Mike, the electrician who did the work, with the help of his apprentice, Jesse. This was a four day job, billed by time and materials. They were always on time and very friendly. They worked diligently and were very careful not to cause unnecessary damage to my old house. Job well done!! I would definitely hire A G E again!

I had an emergency right before Christmas when my outlets shorted out. These guys were great! They came the same day I called and fixed my outlets. I mentioned some concerns about my electrical box while he was there. Even though that wasn't what they came for they pulled out some breakers to check and found that some of them were bad. They replaced them on the spot! They didn't push any extra services or anything. Wonderful company to deal with! It was great that they made time for me the day I called and were able to do the extra repair. Nicest guys to work with. Very reasonable prices as well.

Jerry showed up on time, reviewed the situation, found and explained the problem and proposed a solution at a very reasonable cost. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout and I will ABSOLUTELY use him for any electrical work I require in the future.

Punctual. Price of $65 a hour plus supplies was honest. From the time he arrived he worked constantly and efficently. Comfortable with him in the house. Cleanned up the work areas well. Will use again.

I'm a senior citizen with not much income so I try to do as much of a project as I can before calling in a professional. I needed a new circuit from the circuit box on one side of my house to my computer on the other. So I did the heavy work of running the cable thru the attic crawl space and down the wall where I had cut a hole for the plug box. A G E of Pinellas Electric was glad to work with me and gave me an excellent price. He was here only a short while. I asked him what AGE stood for. He said that for his son who worked with him it meant 'a great electrician', but for him 'a grumpy electrician'. Funny, but definitely not true. I highly recommend him!

The service was prompt, quick, courteous, and enjoyable. He spent most of his time educating me on the type of breaker switch panel in my home and even waited around to answer some unrelated questions. Great guy!

Absolutely wonderful company. They were prompt in sending an estimate of the work to be done. (I was pleasantly surprised at the price). They showed up at the appointed time. Both Gerry, the owner, and Mike, my installer, are personable, responsible and professional. Mike set right to work, kept at it until he was finished, and did a beautiful job with the lights. He was also diligent in leaving the house as he had found it, removing all the work materials and boxes. In addition, I am a person who has trouble making up my mind, and Mike and Gerry were both so patient in explaining all my options. Best of all, I am very happy with the results, and will absolutely use them in the future.

iMr Jerry Falgoust is, indeed, a very accomplished electrician. I felt secure that I was getting the best possible advice and workmanship. There was some additional tile cutting involved which he and his son did to perfection. The resulting product is high quality. There was an ongoing issue with making an estimate and getting started, but we agreed to hourly rates and I believe that is the best solution for this very able professional. AGE means "a good electrician" and so it was. I do not give permission to publish my name, address, phone number.

I was very appreciative that they were able to squeeze me in quickly for a small job. The followed up with me when the said they would with a phone call to see if the timing the had available was open for me. The gentleman made it to the home quickly and was very polite and fast with his work. He was in and out in no time and the job was done well.

I had 9 new outdoor light fixtures installed by Michael on 5/31/2013, 2 flood lights with motion detectors at the 20 feet tall corners of the house, door bell and a minor indoor electric outlet repair. He was very prompt at arrival, professional, pleasant and efficient. He also was willing to give his professional advice on questions that i had. Mike came out to do the install and completed the install within the estimated time. He did and outstanding job and the installation looks great. We definitely go to AGE for all our electrical work and know we can trust them to do what is in our best interest.

Jerry and Mike are awesome. I contacted Jerry to get a bid for a full replacement of an electrical panel in an older home. I also needed to have ceiling fans and lights installed throughout the house. Jerry set up a time to come out and provide an estimate for the work. The estimate was delivered promptly and was very detailed so that it was very clear what the charge was for each step and the required materials. The pricing was very fair. Mike and Jerry arrived on time for the 2 day job. Both guys were extremely polite. When replacing the panel, Mike gave me plenty of warning before flipping the electricity off so that I could finish up any tasks. He also let me know how long he expected the power to be out. At the end of the first day, they made sure to clean up after themselves and stacked their materials out of my way. The installation of the ceiling fans and light fixture went just as smoothly. Once they were done, Mike and Jerry took time to explain all work that had been completed and gave me additional information on things that I might want to consider having done in the future. The city inspector came out and signed off on their work on the electrical panel in a matter of minutes. I would absolutely use AGE again in the future!

Thankfully, their response was prompt and the problem was fixed in a timely and professional manner. This is the third time we have used AGE and each time we have felt we were getting very knowledgeable and superior service.

Jerry and Michael performed work at our 55+ Retirement Community replacing hard to find lighting for a common building. They also performed work on an older private home within the community which involved fixing a circuit and upgrading outlets to gfi. They did great with the original work and went over the top when responding to a call two months later when another circuit in the home was not working and simply needed a fuse. Michael provided additional information and education for future electrical projects while he was on site. That kind of customer service is excellent and we will be using them many times again in the future. We are very happy to have found a partner for our electrical needs.
