They inspected everything, made sure the lights were on and everything was working well. They were in, very polite and completed the work efficiently. They took the most direct, simple solution to the problem and fixed it.

We had a lot of electrical work to be done on out 50+ year old home. Jerry responded promptly and gave a professional estimate. When it came time to do the work, he left his assistant Mike to do the job. Mike worked hard and steady all day and did a first rate job. He is a real credit to his company. The project requires several visits to complete and at this writing we are part way through the process. Jerry is very good at communicating when he is coming and what he will be doing. He is also flexible when things come up. Jerry has found several previously unknown problems. He explained them and what it would take to correct them. We are most pleased with this company and how they are looking out for us and taking care of problems. Since this is a relatively long term project, we are thrilled to find an electrician who works with us, is patient with our electrical ignorance and is ensuring we get a safe and upgraded electrical system in out home. Having multiple rental properties it is wonderful to have a reliable and trustworthy electrician on call. I was out of town in this case and Mr. Falgoust was able to coordinate everything directly with my tenants who were very pleased to have their issue serviced quickly and professionally.

They did a very good job. They never asked me for a down payment, which I liked. They came and did the job. I paid them afterward.

It was not an easy job. They had to run a line over 100 ft of electrical wiring through a crawl space across the house to the main breaker box. This was a 4 hour job. They gave me a quote and stayed with the quote. I would hire them again.

Jerry & Mike arrived at the time that they said they would be at my house. Both men were very informative as they explained the problem that they found and went about doing the necessary work to correct the problem. Both men conducted themselves in a professional manner. I will use them again when the need arises.

We have had work done by Jerry's company within the past year (at least $1K worth...did all the work on our house in preparation for installing A/C), so this time we didn't even bother with estimates with other companies. He is fair and very detailed. Plus he is a good communicator. Over the course of a few days all the work was accomplished. The electricians arrived at the appointed time each day. If for some reason they would be delayed or not be able to come, I received a timely call. Most importantly, I feel comfortable with them working around my family and pets.

He arrived on time and did a professional job. He replaced the existing wiring (which turned out to be speaker wire) in the attic and made sure there wasn't any other dangerous wiring visible in the attic. He suggested we install a fan rated box for a couple dollars more, which we accepted as a good idea. He also investigated the dead switch and traced it to an improperly wired switched outlet. He fixed the switch and installed a light fixture we had purchased. He was careful not to make a mess when drilling through the ceiling over the bed, and he cleaned up everything when he was done. We were very satisfied with his work. He also provided rough estimates for other odd electrical jobs around the house that we inquired about.

We had a pool motor and a sub-pump to our guest house stop working Saturday. On Sunday we emailed AGE through Angie's List. Jerry called me Sunday night to discuss the issues and said he would be here Monday at 10:00AM. He showed up promptly at 10:00 and immediately knew the problem was the pool motor. He gave me a great education and even told me how I could avoid expensive replacement and gave me some great tips on taking care of the problem. Like many of the highest rated vendors on Angie's list, Jerry was great and I will call him again in the future if we need electrical service.

Gary came to our home estimated the damage and returned the next day with Mike to repair the problem. There was only one task that required two people and we were only charged for two people to complete that short task. Their work was very professional and they explained everything they did. They also gave me a night contact number in case there were any issues. I have used a number of repair companies in California and Florida and I would rate AGE as one of the best, certainly the best electrical company.

I was concerned that our existing wiring was not up to code, and they fixed it for me. They did a great job, and their price was very reasonable. I have had an excellent experience with them. They were easy to deal with and showed up on time. They did what they said they would do and charged me what they said they would charge. They explained about bills to me.

Jerry returned my initial phone call immediately and we set up a time and day for an estimate. He was very prompt and extremely courteous, listening to my needs and concerns. Jerry explained to me exactly what he would do and gave me an estimate that my husband and I thought was ideal. On the day of repair, once again the electrician was right on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Repairs and installation went smoothly and quickly and he was nice and tidy too! I highly recommend AGE Electric and will call upon them again should the need arise!

Good communication with owner to arrange estimate. I have an older home, so he checked all the fixtures where possible to see what updating may need to be completed. I purchased all the fixtures ahead of time, so cost was mostly labor. His employee, Mark, arrived promptly and began work immediately. Was able to complete everything in 3 hours, including adding a new switch where needed. You could see Mark was a hard worker and knew his job very well, and did not mind answering questions. Total cost ended up being less that estimate. Very positive experience.

It went very well. They were prompt and seemed very knowledgeable-giving us important, honest advice about what could and couldn't be done. They did a good job.

Jerry and Mike did a great job of installing the electric system in our new home. We hired them soon after firing our general contractor for dishonesty and incompetence. Our overall experience in taking on the contracting of our home has been an eye opener. A.G.E has been the one sub that we could consistently rely on to show up, do good work, give good advice and charge fairly.

I was very unhappy with the service they provided me. Not only was I paying him 65 dollars and hour, and his son who he is "training" 50 dollars an hour. After the work was completed three days later the fixture in the kitchen went out. I contacted this company about the issue on the 8th of September and it is now September 18th and they have still not been out to fix this problem. They came out to replace the defective fixture at no charge.

Everything went great and they showed up on time. They cleaned up after them selves. The price was reasonable. The estimate was very to the final price and would use the again.

We've used AGE Electric previously and have been happy with their work both times. This time we needed them to install an electrical outlet in the ceiling of our garage for a garage door opener. They also installed a new breaker box for this outlet. They were punctual and professional. The estimate was higher than we actually paid, which was nice. The work was done very quickly. We were very pleased and will use them again in the future.

They responded promptly and were able to fit the job into their schedule fairly quickly. They spotted the problem and were able to do a temporary fix until they could come back later and do the repairs as they should be done in order to permanently solve the problem. That has not been completed but I anticipate it will be a good experience as was this first visit.

They are very reliable, honest and accommodating. They are courteous enough to call if they can't make it when they were scheduled to and will reschedule for another day and time. It didn't cost me anything as my insurance paid to have this done.
