Description of Work: Bob was on time and very pleasant, however an estimate of sun room renovaton was provided on the back of his business card. No specs, just a figure off the top of Bob's head. It was quite a bit more costly than the other estimate(s) I received, but I couldn't compare since there were few details on what they would do and no further written proposal was offered.

+ 0 moreI found this company through one of the fairs going on and they immediately called me to schedule a free estimate. The guy who came out was very thorough and professional. We decided to go ahead with project. The crew who came out was very helpful, respectful, and worked extremely hard! They tore down my existing screen walls to put up the glass windows- they carried all the garbage out right away and were constantly cleaning up after themselves. The job was completed in a timely manner from permit process to install to completion of job. My family and I were extremely happy with process. It added a lot of space to our home and became the most used room in the house. I would highly recommend Affordable Energy to anyone looking for a contractor. They do what they say they are going to do, and their prices are very reasonable.

+ 1 moreThe process of our sunroom addition was handled in a most professional manner beginning with the free estimate that included a full explanation and sample showing of the product offered along with full pricing and warranty. All plans were expertly prepared and submitted to our HOA for approval and the project manager attended the HOA meeting to address any questions posed by the committee. Also all required plans were submitted to the County Building Department to obtain all necessary permits and each County inspection was handled by the project manager to great satisfaction. Our project manager and his crew were very courteous and punctual, providing proficient workmanship throughout all phases of the sunroom construction with attention to every detail. Our questions and concerns were promptly addressed at all times. We highly recommend Affordable Energy Solutions to all homeowners for home improvement projects ranging from a sunroom addition, such as ours, or any other service that they offer.
